There were several cases were he was awake and which he solved himself. He should also be able to find out "his " deductions from the papers.

So it's not been confirmed that person was Yukiko after all. Pity.
Anyway, still quite interesting. Hades Sabera is again a nod to Greek mythology and being named after the god of the underworld makes him a likely suspect (wouldn't explain the Revelations part though) who is possibly in cahoots with Ares.

Spoiler: File 746
Shin'ichi and Agasa fool Ran and Kogoro into believing Conan's asleep in bed.
Shin'ichi uses Conan's voice to help Ran and Kogoro to solve the riddle.
The fugitive "Hades Sabera"'s fingerprints might be on the riddle paper.
Ran and Kogoro run around everywhere following Shin'ichi's help through phone calls...(something about "finding TNA")
But the phone calls are not helping Ran make any progress locating Shin'ichi.
The translation is pretty good but there're a couple of inaccurate portions:
Spoiler: File 746
Shin'ichi and Agasa fool Ran and Kogoro into believing Conan's asleep in bed.
Shin'ichi uses Conan's voice to entrust the resolution of the riddle to Ran and Kogoro.
The fugitive "Hades Sabera" is revealed as a suspect from a fingerprint in the riddle's paper.
Ran and Kogoro run around while recieving advice from Shin'ichi through the phone, and discover the code "T" "N" "A".
But since they're not making any progress by the phone, Shin'ichi decides to go to Ran's location.

Yet another Greek name. The riddle has got to connect if one of the people we have met is the target. If TNA is one thing rather than three things with separate initials, there's the The National Archives in London which is a bit east of the action. That doesn't really strike me as likely though.
There's also a tabloid newspaper "Telegraph & Argus" a Bradford newspaper. (the acronym would use the contraction n' in place of and) Bradford is way to the north of London, so it's also an unlikely candidate, but it has a Greek name -Argus, an all-seeing monster with lots of eyes.

Spoiler:
There's also Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, Thai News Agency, or Tamil National Alliance. Doesn't seem very likely either :P
I doubt it's an acronym, maybe something to do with the title of Holmes novels?
I'm bit confused by the Sabera, doesn't seem like a common surname in any European language I know... (Or would it be her first name?)

Doesn't match any Holmes acronym I'm familiar with. Besides, the Canon's acronyms are always four letters.

Why not? It could actually be what the "Book of Revelations" is pointing at.

I tried looking on their website's catalogue (http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/catalogue/search.asp?j=1) and didn't find anything concerning the book of revelation.

That's just a japanese reading of the name. It could be Sabella, or Savera, or anything of that sort. The guy had at least tanned or dark skin and dreadlocks, so he might be brazilian or something.
