First I was like o.O~, then O.O~ and finally There are several things I would like to point out:

The first One: Kaito Kid:
Maybe Sonokos Uncle already prepared the train for Kid so this would imply that there are some traps included, maybe like making a whole wagon disapper.
Still there is no way that this would happen on the fly so this is out of question. What happened to the people in that Wagon?
Exchanging the numbers is stupid and would really work because Conan would look right through it.
So there must be something else that we all have overlooked.
Second: The Scene with Kogorou
There is something to this scene I can't quite understand, it seems a little off like something is missing and/or not totally right.
His joke was amusing but still I try to figure out what this was all about.
My best guess is that the next chapter will bring closer on this.
Third: Scar Akai
As mentioned before his Scar was not right but that could be the case if the angle we saw him from was a little bit off, I honestly doubt that we have an imposer here because that would make it easy to see where BO is hiding, at least for us
I get the feeling that Conan is totally slacking off and only does what he needs to do because he feels save or has some other reasons. What bothers me the most is that Ai doesn't really play a big part in the story during the last few cases, yeah there is danger and she can sense BO but what else?
After seeing the trailer posted a few pages before I get the feeling that we have to say goodbye to some characters. It's sad but the plot has to continue...
