Did Okiya is womanizer, huh. If Okiya is really Akai (Dai-kun), he dated with Jodie then Akemi. Now he wants to look for another girl.

Okiya said "Rather than murders, my real interests lie in solving puzzles", it means that Okiya had committed murder already?

He meant that he isn't really interested in murders per se but in solving puzzles. Meaning he likes using his brain but isn't a mystery-freak like Conan.

Its the first guy, he was watching tv and from the picture it suggested it was load as he was using speakers, how could he hear the the victim falling if he was watching the football game?

EDIT: im saying that his story cannot be true because of that.

1) it might have been more silent when the scream occured

My observations (haven't really looked at what everyone else has pointed out yet...):

-phone already opened before message arrived

-"It was a pretty loud shout, so I spilled the coffee I was drinking!!"
---where's the spill? this would've been the evidence she'd been in the room when he fell occurred, assuming the spill's coffee had steam/was hot still.
-seems odd to me the coffee pot isn't still on the coffee maker; I don't drink coffee but my parents always put the coffee pot back to keep the coffee warm.

I imagine the next file will show the victim's room, verifying he fell from there.  I'm not convinced that any of their alibi are valid.  The time necessary to kill hasn't been established.  It's also possible that the killer arranged for the body to fall somehow.  I think the key will be the original message sent.

this turned out to be a very promising  case with many possibilities, i still think the murderer is the first guy because he couldn't hear the noise outside of his room because he was watching football using SPEAKERS , which should make it hard to hear things.

but as ten said, perhaps he was lured into another room (the women's room) and the coffee there is his,and thats why there isn't signs of the coffee having been spilled.

Football isn't that loud, just the commentary and the background noise from the pitch, it's a possibility, but it does seemed more towards breaking their alibis then anything else for now...

About the alibis - didn't the first page show the suspects filling in the beer/coffee / lightening the cigarette in the very moment the email arrived? Do you think we can trust that in any way? Would mean that the "real alibi" is something different, small-enough-only-conan-can-see ^^

I kind of think it's the woman... Since her alibi is the only one I think of that can be faked by simply putting a cover over the coffee cup to conserve the steam. The cup beside the coffee cup had a cover, so the woman, being the one who entered her room first, could have easily removed the cover from the coffee cup and placed it on the cup nearby.

And yes, don't forget the case of the missing spill.

Everyone keeps talking about the freaking ski trip! WTF!? It seems obvious some how that they aren't going to make it on time =D.

With Subaru AND Conan at the scene of the crime this time, I have big expectations for something exciting to happen in this case.

By the way, the last time I remember Conan tried to go skiing it was the BOMB =D (the bus jacking case)
