This is NOT the fans idea of Gin's Death, and Likely not going to happen. But here it goes.

Gin is so busy setting bombs, maybe while watching the news. The News caster mentions Kudo and Gin gets so mad, that he makes a mistake with the bomb he is setting and blows himself up.

Yes Gin Does not remember Faces or maybe names, But The BO might be looking for kudo. After all he knows too much. If kudo name is mentioned and the BO has a look/ listen out for that name. Then could it happen?

I think Gin was raised by the BO boss from the time he was born, so the only one that can kill him is his boss, therefore Gin will feel "honored" being killed by the one who taught him all he knows...
I can't find a happier ending for Gin

Then he'll smile, and shoot himself in the head
Or he'll bomb the whole area ( then Conan won't be there, or there but far away, we all know that Gosho wouldn't let Conan die )
Somehow, I think he'll end up killing himself, rather than be captured
