my observations

I am going with number 1. Notice both 2 and 3 ask them to remove trash and some what allowed Conan access to their rooms. #1 did not ask them to remove the trash, kicked him out as fast as they could and took the longer to answer the door.
A robber could not allow their trash to be removed until they confirmed noting in it would show them a robber, would take the longest to answer the door as again they need to make sure nothing in sight show them as a robber. And does not want anyone inside as they might find something the robber is trying to hide. 2 and 3 were much more open and did things that a robber could not allow.
Another point. In this case ALL robbers are using their Right hand. The right hand is the normal hand in about 66% of the world. So looking for a single right handed person is going to be very hard. Granted if you saw any left handed people is the suspects they could be removed from the suspect list.

I did notice that #2 was not a home at the time so had no chance to change anything and note she let them get her garbage
#3 answered the quickest which suggest she has nothing to hide and again willingly allowed Conan to see inside and get her garbage. She too confident to be a robber.

A robber would be thinking at any moment the police will come and search the place. They scared that the evidence to put them away is in plain sight. They will take the longer and will act strange

Now look at #1. Longest to answer the door. Did not allow Conan or the others in, and acted in a strange way. A normal person would just ask the intruder to leave and after that did not work, then use force.

you mean if you don't make your new suspiciously acting neighbour and her annoying child to dump your trash then you are a suspect??

all search for clues start at trash. if i were a robber ,i would never give my trash to strangers.

remember the fake wedding case where the groom was the culprit.
its possible that giving trash actually proves that they are not robber as meeting the bride proved in that case.(pure  imagination.)

Yes, of course. Conan made observations regarding the trash, leading me to believe that his deduction will involve something related to it.(why would Gosho focus our attention on it, even for a moment, if it's not something relevant?)

Well, they left, right? When both asked to take away their trash.

I am wondering about the first woman's line "So I'm usually sleeping at this hour." I am not sure whether she was claiming to be asleep and that Conan woke her up (which means she is blatantly lying), or was she just bad-tempered because she was up early and told Conan her schedule for future reference because she doesn't want to be disturbed. If it were English-speakers, I would think it was the second, but I don't want to overlook cultural differences in expressing that one has been inconvenienced. Opinions?

For me, I think that the third woman is the criminal, based on the fact that the robber at the bank was shown to be left-handed. The first woman is quite clearly right-handed from the picture in her house-- the knives, forks, chopsticks and spatulas are clearly aligned for a right-handed person.

The second woman is shown to use her right hand to open the door-- but that does not show that she must be right handed, it could be due to the placement of her keys in the pocket. Also, in my opinion she is the one whom suspicions are most likely to fall upon, and there is clearer evidence of the third woman being the robber. 

The third woman is quite clearly left-handed as shown from the inside view of her house from the alignment of the pens and the cup. The cup handle is placed in such a way which you would use your left hand to pick up, and the pens which she had probably put down are also for people whom are left-handed. Although the phone is on the right-hand side, I think that it is for her non-dominant hand usage, since you can multi-task by talking on the phone and writing an essay at the same time-- I do that and I'm quite sure it's possible, but for using the cup to drink, I put down my pen and drink water using my dominant hand-- because the cup will cover my line of vision and I can't do two things at one time, what's more I'm afraid of spilling liquid on my precious work-- especially if she claims she is rushing for her deadline.

Therefore, in my opinion, the third woman is probably the robber. Of course, it's just my opinion and it doesn't matter much.

Unless she needed time to hide something and saying you just woke up generally excuses oneself for a delay to the door. Conan did ring the bell three times.

@edit. Also, another possibility. The trash has got nothing to do with it and It's the first person (she was most likely right-handed). The trash could eventually become a part of the deduction somehow.

I think the amount of trash is the clue.

Yes. Every robber in the video used their right hands, and the female used her right hand in the group photo.

Yes, I did assume the lady robber moved into her apartment recently because what Kogoro said made it sound like the email was rather recent. If she moved in recently, she didn't need to take out the trash because it wasn't full. I don't know if this theory is right and it shouldn't matter because Conan doesn't know and he deduced the answer anyway. By "thrown out some robber paraphrenalia", I thought that maybe she had put something in her garbage related to the heist (clothes, hat, or face mask?) and was planning to throw it out right on burnable trash day. She didn't know what type of person would be at the door (they think the short guy ran off, so he could have ratted them out or something), so she stowed her trash to be safe. Again, I don't know if this is right.

I think Kogoro would have been arrested a while ago for whacking Conan in full view of the police multiple times. I think Gosho is just dramatizing that Conan was thrown out.

However there is a difference between a stranger doing it and a guardian. As Kogorou is Conan Guardian and the Police watching know Conan kind of asked for it, they are likely to look the other way. Again in number 1 case, Conan was asking for it, though a normal person would just tell the 'parent' to get your kid and leave my house, right?
After all if you have committed a major crime like robbery, then a minor crime like assault and battery, while it might add a little bit of time, is unimportant compared to crimes like murder and robbery. Number one's actions to me seem suspicious.

You are allow to kick him out WITHOUT Violence ( No real kicking ) Suspect #1 crossed this line, and if Conan wanted to, they could be arrested for assault and battery as well as possibly Sued for the same. The normal response is to grab an arm and drag them out.
