I'm surpised that we're seeing Shinichi this early if it's supposed to be an XXXL arc. That would of course give Ai mor time to think of a way to bring Shinichi another pill.

Could that mean he's only just become Shinichi. Anyway, I think (read: hope) Shinichi comes clean in the upcoming chapter. It would explain why Ran's running away from him.

You'll have to wait for Abs. and Ginrei to get here, but it seems to say something about Shinichi on the telephone, him taking the antidote in a hurry and changing back, Ran's livid and runs away, an unexpected love development occurs next issue, and something about the conclusion, a suspicious woman appears and Glass is related, and something Conan did not see. Could you relink those photos Dus? I can't see them.
I think Conan answered Shinichi's phone with Conan's voice, forgetting the call was for Shinichi. Oops.

Not only did he forget to speak into his bowtie while answering the phone, but he used the last pill.
Since this'll be a very long case, something might just come out of it. From how Ran was yelling at him in the last couple pages, she's getting tired of this s**t, haha.

Right now, I also think that's the most probable solution. Would explain her knowing look. At any rate, she's NOT Diana Kingston. I don't think she's her because of the case, but it might still become a Yusaku&Shinichi vs. BO arc

When Conan answered the wrong phone I just laughed. As for mysterious lady, Yukiko would be a good guess. It's about time for them to show up, it's been a couple hundred chapters since their last appearance I think. Agasa is probably going to inform Haibara who do something - she probably can't come to England since that would require being Miyano Shiho and that would potentially tip off the Org. She'll have to express mail the pill or something like that. If he takes a third pill, I wonder how long it will last? Will he make it through customs in Japan?

I never even thought about Shiho in disguise. I'd like that very much but that would she came here before. Or she knows Instant Transmission.

I do wonder who is the mysterious woman. If the hair was different, I would even think about Misa Kinoshita (I hope I remember her name right >.< Agasa's first love). Also, something about that smile makes me doubt it'll be Yukiko. Shino or Vermouth maybe...

The woman could be Vermouth since the God names were also used in the Golden Apple play, however she travels to America, not England. Yukiko is certainly possible though I'd find it disappointing. (she's already saved her boy in the past).
