If Ran also met Sera too before, then she has a terrible memory

If they were seven or something though it makes a lot more sense so I'm hoping for that. It would explain further how Sera figured out Conan was Shinichi so quickly too because Eri thought Conan was familiar in her first appearance (before that the last time she'd seen Shinichi was when he was six the first time round) so...

Since the question 'Have you and I... met before?' had been raised, I wonder why would CONAN ask that to SERA. Conan has no past as Conan. Asking that question would mean he's ready to reveal Shin'ichi=Conan or rather he already knew and acknowledge that Sera knows his secret. BUT.. why is he ready to ask that question near Ran and Sonoko.. (I'm posting this on my mobile. I hope I get the spoiler code right.)

Sera lived in America and Conan may know her in one of his trips when he was a little boy. If this is the case, this explains why he feels she is not an enemy and also Sera's interest in Conan, as he looks just the same as when they met.

could it be that Sera is Hondou Eisuke??? I think the way the two smile is quite similar.. We have not yet been confirmed that Sera is a girl...
Although we did see her in undies in the chapter with Kaito Kid. If Sera really is Hondou Eisuke, I think it can give reasonable explantion
to the strange feeling that Conan and Ran is having about Sera.
