The think that got me thinking is that that person knows Conans name without hearing it.
Given the fact that he looks younger and somewhat different but that can all be a diguise.
Propably it's Akai (I really hope because it will get the story started again )

More important right know it who is the culprit. We shouldn't jump tp conslusions because suddenly a new Character appears who seems to look like he is important *kogorou laughter*
Hiruka Toshiko asked Conan where he wanted to go. Isn't that strange? Who asks a boy who is about to enter an elevator where he is going? She is on my Suspect list for sure.

I hope this will be something that rocks the whole story up and gets it going again there is something that makes me think that something big is comming up.
Like all the old story-arcs it starts slow and get more and more interesting

Though, I do agree with you, this Hiruka person does seem most suspicious. Her facial expression creeps me out.

The culprit's obviously Toshiko-san, she's the only one who got a box. Now how did she do it, that's another question. Probably using some kind of weird mechanism (maybe with the elevator which has both front and rear doors ?), we'll just have to wait until Conan and his new rival finish investigating.
