Am I the only one who kinda laughed at Haibara's hat? I don't know, there was just something about the large pompom ball thing on the top of it that just forced me to giggle

The SENSE of time of the characters in DC is warped.
they THINK less than year has gone (and that makes them able to not age properly) since Conan appeared.
in reality several years have come and gone.

I find that time-lines to be a bit of a problem in this series - even though the series is supposed to be with-in a year from the beginning, the technology in the series has advanced way beyond the parameters of that time. When the series started they didn't have tablets - in fact the computers that we saw had the 3 & 1/2 ' floppy drives and now we've gone to portable tablets?!?

The sense of time is definitely WARPED, but does it really matter when we've been graced with Detective Conan for so long?

Btw, I don't think Amuro looked suspicious since no evil grin or creepy facial expression :/ he's just hiding from Takagi and Sato. But he sure began to look creepy at the beginning of the case!

Thinking about time in DC is pointless, as Gosho has already mentioned in a interview that time in DC is like ''Sazae-san''.

It's an anime that has been running since 1969.

To be honest, as an DC fan, I would say it's going by a lot faster these days. Plot-related characters appearing all the time.
