And then it'll have turned out to be Okiya, since he wanted to plant more bugs.  He'll also buy something at Poirot when he needs to stop in, throw out half of it, and then offer the rest as "friendly leftovers".

in the next chapters everyone will suspect someone. Haibara is suspecting Subaru, Subaru is checking up on her and Conan, Sera is searching for her brother and suspects Amuro, Amuro suspects and checks up on Conan and Kogorou, Ran suspects Amuro for being way smarter than he says...not to mention Conan suspects anyone that is a suspect

Additional comment on Akai/Okiya + money. He could have just simply transferred some of his money from his Akai account to the Okiya one before the the disguise. :/
