above all else, I just love that the cop that pulls them over on the way back to the shogi match is the same guy that asked for Taiko Meijin's autograph in the restaurant two days ago (flashback chapter 899), and that he then gives them a police escort back to the shogi match !!!
I hope that I can find someway to contribute to the community even if it's just random crack theories and looking things up for people who can't find the information they need.

So as I said before, I don't/didn't like this case. Probably because of the whole: "This isn't plot"/"the DB are back" >_> stuff. But I will say I enjoyed the out come of this case starting with Yumi and Shuukichi's kiss x3
Plus Gosho gave us more plot. I guess I can forgive him now.

well the envelope doesn't appear at the end of the case, and Yumi still somehow doesn't seem to know that Shuukichi is the Taiko Meijin. Conan#1 in the cbox says that Yumi thinks he is a Rakugoka(lone story teller). Rakugo performers are essentially "sit-down" comedians who happen to wear similar outfits.
This means that Shuukichi and Yumi will most likely return in a future case and get all of that sorted out. At least we got a fan-servicy kiss out of them.
I think someone mentioned before somewhere that the next case is supposed to have Masumi in a bathing suit. Maybe we will get more hints as to why Ran thinks of waves when she sees her back?

Could it be just like Haibara said, it's marriage registration form inside the envelope. I'm not sure if marriage registration form is something expensive to receive it or only can receive just once time only.

I always just thought he was waiting to get all 7 titles so he could propose. Instead of a ring or just asking her she'd open the envelope and see the form.
