interesting, the shooter was wearing what might have been the "Scar Akai" hat, and the guy who looks like he's supposed to be Scar Akai is wearing a fedora instead :V

I thought he looked really odd like that.  Is Bourbon's disguise slipping...?

I know all the Ai fans are going to murder me for what I'm about to say, but bear with me.

I really hope they manage to kill Ai - because Kudo needs that sort of motivation to get a move on.  Besides, it's one major character death that Gosho couldn't just brush off.  It could really get things moving toward the end-game.

I'm just waiting for Yusaku/Yukiko/Amuro/Okiya to show up.  Preferably all four of them.  Might as well throw Eri in there as well.

I noticed the scar is also different. The scar normally extents to no further than the corner of the mouth but this scar goes all the way to the chin.

I also though that there was something funny about it.
I really hope Okiya will show up

Kogorou is leaning on the 4th wall in this chapter or having fun with the fact that this is all passed off Murder on the Orient Express,  he's make is mustache look like Poirot's. To bad Ran didn't get the joke.

So Scar Akai seems to love fashion as he as a new stylish coat and hat. Maybe the shadow of the different hat  is effecting how they drew the scar. 

Ok someone must have told the Rail Tracer story because something's devoured one of the cars.  Wonder if they have a dining car and if anyone we know is a waiter there?

I am afriad that this will be longer than usuall 3-parter. But then since Gin, Vodca and Vermouth appeared that mean finally Burdon arc is closing at the end of this case RIGHT?

It's hardly possible to think the contrary, since Gosho has already made clear that Okiya and Sera knows Conan's identity. Besides, there wouldn't be this ammount of advertising and hype if it wasn't for that.

I always thought the death of a main character would add something to the story,but in the case of Ai,I don't think it's a good idea...Indeed it would ruin the character development she had...she was trying to live normally and being happy,and then she would be killed by the BO?it's really unfair,and DC is all about justice so I don't think Gosho would do that.
Not to mention that Ai is the only one who can make a permanant antidote for Conan,so it's clear Gosho won't kill her.

But I think Ai being almost killed by the BO is a good way to make Conan realize how much they are dangerous.

You made 4 statements which I listed; your second statement in your post was, "I know all the Ai fans are going to murder me for what I'm about to say". I was adding that to the list of futures you suggested as to what meme wanted. In fact, meme even said she wanted that after I asked so take it out on her .

The real problem I have with Ai is that she's become so stagnant.  I mean, her role lately has been little more than a BO detection device, with the exception of the previous file where she saved the kids.
