As is said on the cbox, I'll believe those spoilers once the so called interview is scanned and/or translated by relieable people. Until then, in my eyes, all of this is worth what you can expect from 2ch, hence not much. I mean, Gosho giving more information in one interview than he has in 17 years is not something I'd expect.

Well, it's either:
a.) The series is ending soon, and releasing info on it can only mean that he's advertising to old fans (I mean, I'm sure that some people might've  got impatient with it :/)

or

b.) The series isn't ending anytime soon, and Gosho has decided to be a sadist and torture us with false info

Sera looks like Akai too much so it won't be surprising if she's his sister...

but what is the Phantom Lady plot

The Phantom Lady was a phantom thief mentioned in the Kaitou KID story arc "Patriot KID" where he's coming to supposedly return a pistol and gun holster she stole.
But KID mentions something at the end to Conan: He says, "I can relate... not being able to stand up to my mother..." To which Conan thinks to himself, 'Relate? Does that mean that Phantom Lady is..." and it ends. Then on the side where the chapter comments are it says, "The story of KID and Phantom Lady will be saved for another time <3"

I'm still not sure how much I trust some 2ch posters on this subject, but I will go along with it for now (as they could just be repeating back what the fans want to hear--about it being Akai's sister and having Sera & Haibara interacting). Don't mind me, I'm just always skeptical of internet fan reporting of all sorts.

This.  I'm completely dubious toward any teaser that's an obvious and outright spoiler, like at least half of those seem to be.  Especially when there's no physical proof of said spoiler.
