Huh? I've read Four Porsche Case again to check up cars and I'm totally shocked. They all have a steering wheel on the left. How come? So in Japan people can drive cars with steering wheels on both sides?? There's no different? I'm astonished, bacause in my country people are not allowed to drive with steering wheel on the right side (we have right side driving). How is it in Japan? I don't get it.

They don't localize cars like that for Japan. Porsche isn't going to just make right-drive cars for Japan.

In fact, it's somewhat common to see opposite-hand drive cars on the road in bigger cities (including the U.S.). It's legal to own such vehicles in many countries, so long as they are still able to pass their automotive inspections. Pretty sure Japan is no exception there.
