1. Kite-flying case where she was listening to the song that Higo listens to when warming up. She refused to reveal that fact and Conan tried to obsessively figure it out. Funnily enough the song happened to be a song written by Yoko and Higo reveals that they went to the same high school.
2. Conan had just finished telling her that Kuroda is aware of the fact that he is the one behind Sleeping-Kogoro. Figuring that out is what leads people (like Eisuke) to figuring out that Conan = Shinichi. This makes him dangerous as well as scary.
3. This is hardly her becoming "less caring about others" and more about her becoming a "normal girl" (or at least Gosho's understanding of it). In this particular instance she is supposed to be a bit more like Kogoro in her feelings for Higo. Teaming up with Kogoro to try to end a Yoko / Higo relationship is for comedic effect to try to get us to understand that Haibara is after all just a normal girl who never really got a childhood, until now.
Spoiler:
1. That doesn't even prove that Haibara is acting like "Oh I'm so mad about Higo's gossip about dating someone else. I should definitely go to the restaurant to check that out!"
2. She said that she couldn't feel the smell of BO members from Kuroda. How is that even making her feel scared? She only showed that reaction (clinging tight to Conan) when she felt the scent.
3. So you would go after someone and grab his collar or shout at him when he said something not favorable to you.
One more question,
4. Why did she even go to Kogoro to team up? Other than he being a stalker-like fan of Yoko, there is absolutely no reason to trust his detective ability. (There are rare cases of he being smart, but that's like 1% out of 100. And even in those cases, Conan was still better.) But this is a minor question, as I even doubt her action of going to the Mouri Detective Agency to confirm the gossip.
I think you're overthinking it, Ai was afraid of Kuroda because of his appearance and it was a red herring for the reader who was supposed to think that her alarm was activated. The "Ai acting like an obsessive fan" is just for comedic purpose, the same go with her alliance with Kogoro. It's nice to see her interacting with other people than the DB and having emotions.
The DC community were complaining that she has become useless, and they complain when she's not. Before the release of file 925, they hoped that Yoko wouldn't gets a romance, and when she get one, they hope it's not a misunderstanding from Haibara and Kogoro... I understand the critics but in my opinion we have to wait until the end of the case.

1. What do you mean, "that doesn't prove it?" Haibara has shown to be listening to songs Higo likes and she imitated his football shooting technique in the past (imitation highest form of admiration and stuff). I would also wait until proper translation before we judge her motive.
2. No. In the cinema during the ShiratorixKobayashi case, she clinged to him because the movie was so scary and in the Ikkaku Rock Case, she clinged to Conan because of Subaru, but she explicitly tells Conan she doesn't feel the BO scent from him.

Because we should wait for translations on that scene, but from what I can gather now, Conan said that he likely knows which restaurant they're at and Haibara and Kogoro are very agitated and want him to tell them. As I said, we should wait for translation. Generally speaking though, shouting at people who "said someting not favorable to you", is not uncommon.

1. I can say these things cuz I saw the translation. (in Chinese) (However, my Chinese isn't great so I only got bits) She is definitely disappointed because there's a gossip about Yoko and Higo dating, which is odd for her to be furious cuz she never overreacted toward others' relationships.
2. Oh, the movie, well that's one. However toward humans it's only because she has felt a strong BO scent from Subaru before. It makes his identity very suspicious, right? At the end of that case, she DID feel the BO scent from him.

4. Being eager and being intellectual are different things, and even in that case Conan had to assist Kogoro because he had failed to corner the actress.

Because if the blogpost they're reading stated, that Yoko and Higo were spotted there just now, then there is only limited time to get to that restaurant to stalk them, since they won't be staying at that restaurant forever (keep in mind that Haibara, Conan and Kogoro have to go there themselves, which also takes some time.) So, the faster Conan spits it out, the faster they can get there, which minimizes the risk of missing them.

You asked, "why the hell would she be so furious to know the location to stalk them?" and I answered, because they have a time limit and grabbing him like this will make him talk/get to the point faster. That was solely meant for the grabbing point, I wasn't talking about her general mood of "I'm furious!/let's stalk them".

While they had fairly little time to find the drug dealer and arrest him. She wastes a few seconds of time for becoming furious about a trivial matter. I'm really not happy to watch her change in this way.
