Has the theory of akai = subaru been confirmed?

But there is still one thing about Akai and Subaru which stays unclear. Who is Sera's "elder brother" to whom she so often talks in Volume 82 File 860 and 861? That's strange! And how did that "elder brother" got to know that Conan is in fact Shinichi? Sure, Sera said that her "elder brother" does not look like any of his siblings at all. Sera believes that Shuichi is dead! So, who could be that "elder brother"? There might be a chance that Subaru is that brother. Though the chance is minimized to 1%, since when Sera saw Subaru for the first time, she did not have a reaction which shows that he is her "elder brother". But many things are still possible. Perhaps her "elder brother" might have done a plastic surgery, since Sera said that she was unable to meet him, ever since she came to Tokyo. All these questions still remain unsolved. Everything is still possible.

As for why the wig didn't fall off in the car chase scene, there's these things called wig clips that you can use to keep wigs from falling off. Considering the possible consequences if Akai's wig fell off at an inopportune moment, I would think he would use them.

I would say no. It hasn't necessarily been rubbed in our faces, but it's pretty much as close as you can get. Does anyone really have Akai's eyes, same facial features, same habits and phrases?

In my opinion, Akai is definitely Subaru. I don't feel like Gosho would make a twist with that, or play around with it.

But then again, this theory is only confirmed when Akai actually reveals himself, which is probably not gonna be in the near future, considering all these other things are going on at the moment...

Gosho says 'maybe' a lot though. He says it somewhat vaguely so as to answer but NOT answer the question (It's weird that way XD). It also makes people wonder what the answer is if he says 'maybe'.
