it looks like takagi really is in Hokkaido, since there is very cold and quite some snow, but there still something else Conan discovers later so the case is still going on

looks like Conan spotted the parhelion, and from when it disappeared, he realized the sun set earlier where Takagi was being held then here in Tokyo, and thus much farther north.

No idea about the last bit of Conan's thinking concerning date/takagi's badge and Conan's reflection ...

Just posted one picture from next file in chinese. Takagi seems to have lifted the bomb he found under the blacet (after he has released his feet). But I don't know why 
Ah, yeah, and look at the last picture of the page ... Everyone who hated Takagi for dating Miwako is now crying over him  Maybe the whole defense for Satou Miwako affair now finally stops? Miwako and Takagi's way seems to get clear.  I just love their lovestory

Black Demon posted over at DCW that he thinks Conan made have made a mistake with the Hokkaido deduction... I would not be surprised if this was true, considering how Conan reacted.

it could be also something he overlooked. We'll see exactly when the chapter is translated to see what he deduced and what he missed/overlooked/got wrong. If you think he always deduces a lot more things than the police, all he deduces is of big help and even if he misses something it's still more than what the police would achieve without him

I think he probably thought that the bomb would explode when it hits the ground. You wouldn't know the nature of a bomb until you deactivate/dismantle it... or reassemble the bomb after it has exploded.

I was thinking that he kept it because if he dropped it and it later detonated it would kill the people below. I thought it might fit if he was really cooped up in the beacon tower on top of the police station and he wanted to keep police officers in the building from being killed.
