About Tamami. Hmm... That's quite probable, but would it be so terrifying if Miku felt asleep during the conversation? Tamami behad as if she saw something scary. I think it could be dead body, but I can't find explanation why she didn't call police. Other reason for being so scared is her stomach problems, but it's a bit...unsual. XD

Unless Tamami tried to kill her too.  Like, maybe she was going to poison her and got scared and just decided to leave and someone took advantage of that and slit her wrists. 
I doubt it's the brother, though.  It's ruled as a suicide, so that'd mean he literally got away with murder.  Why bring it up now?

it looks like on the last page Conan said that Tamami is a murderer? Dunno. Maybe he said there only that she's rat? I hope that it's second thing, because if Tamami's murderer the whole thing would be totally different. I hope in the next file Conan will said something like - Tamami's rat and she was in Miku's room before the murder, but the murderer is...NIHEI!!
Other thing - I dunno why Conan would have said the identity of murderer, since he should have protected both the murderer and Isao, preventing him from killing himself. Am I right?
And I'm curious if this sniper is from police force or he's kind of Sera's partner? On the second pic, it looks like Sera suspects Tamami too. Gah, it's hard. Could somebody try to translate these pics?? Pretty please!! We have to wait for next chapter so long.

i was just saying conan could use his voice instead of his elder own one, but the problem would be his lacking ability to use osaka-ben but that only apllies for the ones who know him personally (ran & co)
