The housekeeper Yonehara looked like she had sharp eyes for questioning Conan's detective attitude, maybe she is not one-case appeared only character like Inubushi Miyuki. If she is not the real culprit, since Wakamatsu family is dead, she can't be housekeeper for Wakamatsu anymore, will she change to be the housekeeper of Hattori's residence as her parents are dead and no place to go.

Hmm... Till now the story goes pretty predictable... The wife was killed, the son had a poison on his hand... Poison on the knob - nice. I thought that there would be something with Mac, but there're still at least 2-3 files to the solution.
Probably the last murderer is a daughter of president, who wanted to punish the wife for killing her husband and son. Probably that daughter is also a person who made creepy scene in Osaka. Since the president was the one who was impressed by Heiji's skills, no wonder that daughter choose him to solve the case. The question is - if she knew about who was the murderer, why she didn't go to police? She left a certain hints about "letters who didn't disappear", "eyes" etc., so she could just go to police. Why she waited so long? There're two possible answers:
1) It's wasn't a daughter who made a creepy scene in Osaka, but Kaito Kid - why he would be there? There's no point, so it's a bit silly.
2) The daughter knows that soon she will be murderer. Maybe she planned to kill the wife anyway, but wanted others to discover the truth about president's death too - another silly idea.
3) The daughter isn't a murderer, nor Kid. She just wanted to not being involved in the case as an informer. Maybe she wanted to keep relationship between her and president in secret. Dunno...

Who's that daughter? There're two women right now - maid and secretary. I've a feeling that it may be the maid, cause her mother was a single and the president treated her like a daughter. But he had a strong relationship with secretary too. She behad as if she knows about president a lot. If he was so devoted for job, he would have been happy, if he could work with his daughter. I think he would be proud of her too! Secretary is close to company, she could become a good inheritor. I don't think the maid could be like that. President always said that as far sons, it's hopeless, so daughter isn't like that. The maid is a cutie girl, but if she could be a hope for company??

Let's see what people left for the wife instead:
- Chief Designer - he gave her eye drops. She couldn't eat it, but the poison may be on the package. Silly, cause after analisys, he would become a culprit right away.
- Secretary - she left a documents, stamps etc. Poison can be on the drawer too.
- Maid - left cup of tea.
- Senior Managing Director - he gave a fountain pen. Still, how he could predict that the president's wife ballpoint pen will run out of ink? Impossible.

Secretary and maid are only suspects for me.

Yonehara shouldn't be the culprit, she seems to be playing a "Miyuki" role in this case.

That was exactly what Mr. Rei proposed a few files ago and it seems to be taking shape.

As for the confession: I think that, when the time comes, Hattori will end up confessing by some turn of events so that Kazuha doesn't have to.

i'm curious about the housekeeper... a suspect questioning isn't your everyday encounter... now i hope she isn't the culprit and gets another appearence somewhen somewhere.... kinda like the filler-maid-twins in the anime at least ^^

btw: wasn't there a case somewhen with a "miyuki" role character who turned out to be the culprit...  now i remember... the case on the island early on with the "crossdressing" son of the pianist

Kogorou was also completely useless in the brother bomber case.

I still want to say that the poison on the knob is a red herring and the optical illusion was used for the cake. It seems a waste if that's not the case.

Hopefully it'll be like the Miyuki case & not the pianist case.

The murderer of the wife might be one of the 2 guys since they are not really highlighted in the story, we see more of the secretary & the housekeeper, but we'll see.

I hope sooo much that this case will lead somewhere in their relationship. Even the tiniest tiniest bit. But my theories are

Spoiler:

1. Kazuha will confess to him. But Heiji will be so dense, that he won't understand, even though she tells him directly ;_;

2. Just like Furinkazan. Absolutely nothing will happen.

3. Ran will call Shinichi and confess to him before Kazuha talks to Heiji. And Kazuha will back off.

from file 781 to 784 and using  imagination this is my
DEDUCTION

The  wife is the culprit of first two cases
The dying message wasvsupposed to be SW but was incomplete with S
Wife added "on" and hid to make police believe it. else it would be suspicious if found that easy.
however police turned out to be idiot and gave up searching (inspector yamato was called later .)
so wife send letter to heiji with key(she had access to it.) thinking he would figure it out .
but then kazuha came instead of heiji.
so ultimately wife killed his son to becomw president.
she lied in front of HK(house keeper) about tiles so HK would speak truth.
however she planed to kill the some other person (possibly managing director) but was killed instead (how will be revealed in next chapter)

REASONING
hiding "on" is one thing victim won't do .the fact is president died while writing the dying message and he was about to write the second letter when he died.thus giving impression that he was hiding it and message was supposed to be SW for
Serika Wakamatsu.
a point to be noted it cannot be SY as HK and secratory both have it.

besides the above it sruck me who was the father of HK when her mother was single. and how often the discussion of president's daughter has been avoided. it seems (atleast to me) that HK and secreatory are  president's daughter from first wife and previous housekeeper.
