No way Yuusaku would deliver wrong info.

I mean that he's wrong about Renya Karasuma being the current boss. Now whether that matters or not is assuredly in doubt, since, "the relative/kid/grandkid of Renya Karasuma, the original boss, is the current boss" is not a compelling reveal, right?

I would also say that there's a chance that this was the original plan (Karasuma family is the family behind the BO), but his health issues have forced him into early reveal. We may never really know for sure, though, even when we get more info and have more questions answered.
“Life is infinitely stranger than anything which the mind of man could invent. We would not dare to conceive the things which are really mere commonplaces of existence. If we could fly out of that window hand in hand, hover over this great city, gently remove the roofs, and and peep in at the queer things which are going on, the strange coincidences, the plannings, the cross-purposes, the wonderful chains of events, working through generations, and leading to the most outre results, it would make all fiction with its conventionalities and foreseen conclusions most stale and unprofitable.”

But what did Amuro saw in that mail that made him so shocked and who did send it?

Tim

Who is the most known "Tim" in the world currently?
Google -> Tim Cook (Boss of Apple)

Cook?
Do we have a cook as a suspect?
There you go..
[ ] Yonehara = Rum
[ ] Kuroda = Amuros Boss
[x] MG = Mrs. Akai
[x] Haneda = Brother Akai
[ ] Rumi = Asaka
[ ] Wakita = Bo-Member Whiskey (aka the RAT)
[ ] Iori = just a butler

Spoiler:
So RUM is someone who is most likely a foreign person .. like who knows English as well....
With that... Kuroda is known to Amuro if he is ..then i don't think he would keep the number saved as RUM specifically... hence i think we can rule him out and since Rumi is Asaka... leaves Wakita.. who is RUM

Why do you think Rumi is Asaka?

Spoiler:
Has anybody noticed that there's a shogi piece lying on the table next to Rumi? Of course I have no idea what is written on it but it pretty much confirms what was in Rumi's pocket for me or at least that she's connected to shogi.

-And this chapter was really surprising. But it does seem like it was a rushed decision, to reveal a possible identity of Anokata. I don't think we had any build up for this, it just came out of nowhere.
-Another thing, am I the only one that thinks it's weird that Wakita and Kuroda have the same phone model? I would say that they (Gosho/whoever drew this) didn't think too much about it, but few panels below we see that Amuro has a different model. I don't have any idea if that could mean something though. However all of the phones except Amuro's look very similar. Maybe I'm just thinking too much.

Spoiler:
Since the Karasuma thing isn't 100% for sure, arguably the most important development of the last chapter is Yusaku and Yukiko returning to Japan for good. Do you think it's possible Conan'll go live with them from this point on instead of with Ran and Kogoro? Because THAT would be huge (or, in the words of the great master, YUUUUUGE). Will Okiya have to move out? If so, where will be live? If not, where will Yusaku and Yukiko live? Will the three/four of them just share a place? Would that be wise?

I think that the Kudo house is not a safe place.

Spoiler:
Gosho gave an interview in this week's SS, and they also filmed him as he was drawing the double page spread for 1,008—both have now been translated.
