Spoiler:
I think I officially consider Sera as my favorite female character now. I think it's nice to have a female character who isn't housewife, but rather, I'mgoingtorunacrossthebuildingbarelyclothedandkickyouinthehead material.

I mean come on, she's more of a man than Eisuke.

Spoiler:
Stopwatch, from what I can tell, Conan was originally aiming at Kogoro, but then got pulled by Ran and hit Sonoko instead.

And Toast, there's already discussion about how they'd be the perfect archetypes of the opposite gender going on. xD

That's my point, why did Aoyama think that had to happen?

Just to mix things up, I guess?

And to remove Sonoko from the suspicion spotlight? WHERE I WANTED HER TO BE UNTIL THE VERY END?

Q2: I think so.

Was this helpful? I hope you got the answers you needed. ^^ More words would be spoilers, I think.

One more advice for solving: Don't complicate it, the solution is easy as a pie for you. I can already see an upcoming facepalm. XD It trully is like all the magic tricks.
If I had to come up with a backup idea assuming the police searched the tank right (so it wasn't their fault) meaning the turtle isn't hidden in the tank, and Kaitou Kid didn't take the turtle out because he didn't have time to break into the tank, then Jirokichi who opened it first is the one with the best opportunity to remove the turtle which explains why he was acting meek and giving up instead of his normal tenanciousness. To me, this seems completely stupid unless Jirokichi is Jii in disguise and Kid/Sera wanted to show off a seemingly pinchable mask because Kid likes to prove he can defeat all security measures. Or maybe it is that dumb idea I suggested to Stop in minimafia last night that Jirokichi made a background deal with Kid to check the authenticity of the jewel because somehow there were no other appraisers anywhere in Tokyo and Jirokichi doesn't mind destroying any credibility he has and having the second division police arrest him as Kid's accomplice and for wasting their time. I just don't think an intelligent solution will prevail with this line of thought. I think I'm going with the police botched the search somehow and Kid broke in earlier and modified the tank to very cleverly to conceal the turtle because it would be the least stupid answer IMHO.

:'( :'( :'( :'(

The turtle was a projected image? There was a fake cop (Jii) who climbed in the tank with the others and hid it under a rock when no one was looking? It was sucked out when they drained the water? Mass hypnotism to make everyone believe there was a turtle? I can't come up with more ideas! *head asplodes*

I don't think this case is that dumb. It had good infodump at the beginning. Nakamori interested in the train explosion? Color me intrigued.

But otherwise, uh... Yeah. Either Aoyama is saving his juice for the good part, or he's a little burnt out after the non-stop plot rollercoaster he's put the readers through.

I'd still like the Hattori case to be postponed until after the Bourbon arc, though... I want more plot.

Believe me. Don't overthink this.

You might need your wits in top condition and well-rested for when we get the plot back.

Which I can only hope it will be the case after Hattori's.

I mean, good lord.
Spoiler:
Sera actively searching for her brother?
Bourbon investigating Conan? Nakamori interested in the train explosion? Gosho, why are you letting this go cold whyyyyyyyyy

Oh? Maybe it is only convincing for such people, like myself, who thinks: Yeah, that sounds logical. ^^""

Oh great guys, you broke Chek.
Spoiler:
Hold it, was a magnet ever even involved there? I honestly don't think there was one. (Though, I have no knowledge of Chinese, so I could easily be wrong.)
On another note, the thing about Sera entering the men's bathroom, I don't think it'd be weird for her. She gets mistaken for a guy the first time anyone sees her, so she probably wouldn't even be given a second glance. Actually, I have a little headcanon that in the past, whenever Sera went to the girls room, she got screamed out because the other occupants there thought she was a pervert. Just my own silly little thought, but I think it wouldn't be too farfetched. I actually had the theory that maybe she now goes to the men's regularly because of getting screamed out previously, but that might be a stretch.

It really is Ran's phone that's throwing me off on this matter. I can't read Chinese, so, I really have no idea if he does or not. D:

Heiji could also be involved in the plot as well. It could also be an interesting case or a smart murderer. Either way, Conan will most likely talk about the last BO case with him and maybe ask him to get some info on Amuro

Yeah, maybe you're right.

But I still want FULL-ON PLOT.
