There is just no logical way that she is Juno. I don't want to list all the evidence that point against this, but an obvious one would be Juno's blindness. If she is, for some ridiculous reason, revealed as Juno in the subsequent chapters, i'll be speechless. But till then, happy hoping. !

I am pretty sure she's vermouth:
1. She speaks english
2. she has that smile
3. she may have had an eye on conan all the time, and figured out he was going to london, so she followed them to make sure he doesn't get into trouble with bourbon or sth. and to keep them there so bourbon could just kill haibara cos no one was taking care of her.

She is obviously Anokata/Bourbon/Akai/Kaito's Mom/anyone else that has not been mentioned yet where it would be epic if that were the case

She gave Ran adn co the hint to which Conan said that´s the one in which Irene Adler stepped in.
As for me Irene Adler = Shiho Miyano, therefor i stay with Shiho as the Mysterious woman though it´s unlikely. :P
