Hmm..."Don't screw this up"? And the way Amuro stared at the husband...I wonder if Amuro was supposed to frame the husband or something, I mean...other than Eisuke, clumsiness is really not seen often (though if he's Bourbon and Scar Akai, he's obvioously faking it atm). Of course, if he was framing him, why? Why would he do that? It could be BO related, but I don't know. The idea is weird, but so is having only two suspects. Hmm..well, I agree with what everyone else said, Conan was brilliant in this file :D

Judging from Conan's expression at the end, I wonder it he finds Amuro suspicious ? Like a "BO-related" kind of suspicion, not a "culprit" kind. However that case is rather unlikely IMO, because he might just have been surprised or something like that, not to mention that Conan is usually shown paranoid around many things. And then again there is absolutely nothing to suspect about.

I also wonder what kind of method will Conan use for deduction this time. It would be interesting if Toru was really Bourbon and he noticed Conan using Kogoro (of course that's in case he didn't actually know that from the beginning).

Yeah I think he may have been saying instead something like "Women sure are troublesome" but I wasn't 100% sure so decided to err on the side of him not being misogynistic :P
I like it this way. It makes me feel like he's saying it out of experience for some reason  :-X "How would you know Conan, hmmm?"
He knows from the times where Conan was forced by Haibara and Ayumi to cross dress *.* Poor Conan :V

I think this case is not BO related, but one person is from the BO (the new detective will be a BO suspect probably)
Since the bride hired that Makoto detective to watch the groom.
The sunglasses dude knew that the bride was seeing the detective, thus that one could also be hired by the groom to watch the bride :V
That sunglasses detective then reported to the groom, that the bride was seeing that smexy detective (the toilet scene), thus the groom is "paying hell". You saw him being angry too. Then the groom got hurt on purpose to hide scars from a fight, since the smexy detective said: "he smashed me" and didn't say it was his own fault. (since he did apologize the other times and people could have seen who's fault it was)
The sunglasses detective could have helped in the killing, since he said "don't screw up"

Kleenes 5min deduction - thus probably totally wrong XD

Question: was "Sayonara" left like that on purpose? You could have translated it into "Good Bye" D:

Considering Amuro is likely named after a Gundam character I'm going to assume he's going to become part of the main plot.  (His name comes from Amuro Ray from the first Gundam series and Amuro's voice actor, Toru Furuya.)

Perhaps Amuro will end up being our actual Bourbon; it's interesting that Akai was named for a Gundam antagonist while Amuro is named for a protagonist.  I'm curious about the man in the sunglasses as well.

@Kleene Yeah it's Abs.' subtle attempt to Japaneseify everyone :P Actually it was written out in katakana instead of hiragana so I figured why not transfer that oddity into "English" :)

Why Gosho made her die burned in a car? Is it to remind us with Akai's story and prepare us for something? Or is this a similar incident/plan?
Every time I want to give up on DC, it manages to bring me back, it brings me back feelings I know that I will never ever feel or live again.

When I first heard that the two have the same birthday, blood type, and their circumstances were the same coupled with their "mind-reading abilities," I couldn't help but think that she is a fraud. I think the person that met her outside the car was an ally and this was their plan all along. I'm guessing such so that the PI can closely monitor Mouri and see if he is legit. The bourbon was the author telling us that Bourbon is involved. But I don't think the sunglasses guy actually has anything to do with the organization. I think the car bomb is also the author's cue to the organization as well.
That or they were just a bunch of red herrings or cues to future chapters coming soon.
Looking forward to the next few chapters..

Wait, isn't Char the protagonist while Amuro the antagonist ? ???

BD:  Nooo.  Amuro is definitely the protagonist and Char is definitely the antagonist.  *recently started watching the series*

I'm more interested in the guy ordering bourbon so obviously.  I mean, if we run with the idea (and likelihood :V) that Amuro is Bourbon, then who would order him around like that?  There have been rude random bystanders in cases in the past, but that's a little ridiculous.

*checks wiki* Ops.... :P

About the Bourbon ordering thing, I think that it was just a small but too obvious hint from Gosho that this case may be plot-related. If you have absolutely no knowledge about all these Gundam things (just like me), you'll definitely see this case as just a normal filler.

Hm, perhaps.  But with Amuro being a detective... without even the guy ordering bourbon, it just screams plot-related.

@Commi: I don't think shades guy is actually important. Likely Gosho wants us to think he's connected to the BO (dark sunglasses, keeps to himself, ordering bourbon), but in the end, he's not gonna be plot-related.
