No I believe it will be something different. I mean the case is over and everytime he changes back it is usually at the ending of a chapter. Now why would gosho aoyama make a brand new chapter just for shinichi to say something lame about the panties and stuff. I think it would end deeper probably the situation many of us think (he will change back in front of her) because in every case the I love you words that can not be said with all the obvious couples usually happens at the end of an episode or a chapter.

Yeah, I was thinking about if Ran is really that petty-minded. If somebody rescue you from a danger, give a treatment and carry to a safe place, will you think about your exposed panties or you will want to thank that person?? I wouldn't have some kind of things in my mind, I would be thankful that somebody helped me. If everybody reacted like that, nobody would be given treatment because a doctor was too embarrassed to look under the skirt. What a nonsense, I know. That why I hope Ran won't ask about such a thing. I want to see something romantic between Shinichi and Ran, or I want Ran to know Shinichi is Conan. But that means ending begins... Don't know what Gosho will do. Hope it won't be simple situation: Shinichi says: I gotta go, leave me please, Ran goes away and everything is the same like earlier. We want a big change!! If Gosho doesn't think out something really GOOD, I will be disappointed. So much waiting for nothing...

The opening frames of the next chapter will be Ran mercilessly beating Makoto and explaining the situation to everyone.

Ok, I realize that this is ridulous and full of holes but, as much as you hate it, you have to attempt this is more likely than Ran expressing her undying love for Shinichi (and kissing him full on the lips).[/glow]

During the previous case, the big theme with Ran has been her emotions to the amount of time Shinichi has been away.  With that in mind, I think she'll try to get him to tell her about the case he is so focussed on or at least ask why he is still going at it.  There's also the mysteries left over from the recent "Meet Okiya" case: What is with Shinichi's stance towards the guy and what is hidden in his room?  (...Maybe Ran will still ask if it is her panties. )

Ultimately, Shinichi will not want to answer those questions which will just frustrate her.  Then she'll try to investigate herself, hook up with Eisuke and become an ally of the CIA.  Yup.

But yeah it seems Ran's conversation with Shinichi will be mostly regarding their relationship... BUT

if I was Ran-chan...... the conversation would go like this...(stupid fanfic )

[Ran] "You said you had to change clothes after you fell in the lake, so this happened when you escaped from the hut after Makoto locked you in, right Shinichi?"
[Shinichi] *nervously* "...Yeah thats pretty much what happened"
[Ran] "So how the hell did you fit through that tiny tiny window to escape -- its the only way out of there!"
[Shinichi] "...Hmm...... how DID I get out of there.... you know I can't seem to remember... might be coming down with a case of acute retrograde amnesia...I think I hit my head on one of those shallow rocks during the jump into the lake"
[Ran] "...........Tell the truth -- I've suspected it many times before but you always come up with a way of convincing me otherwise"

[Shinichi] "What truth?"

[Ran] "Agasa made some shrinking drug for you that turns you into Conan and back again ... thats the stuff Heiji was whispering about on the phone right!" (twist #1!)

*With the look of absolute guilt on his face Ran takes it for a yes...

*Ran delivers a karate kick to Shinichi's temple........

...Anyway Shinichi is sent to the hospital after Ran knocked him unconscious with her karate...

After hearing Shinichi has regained consciousness, Ran goes to him in his hospital bed

*Shinichi has a huge roll of medical gauze wrapped around his head

[Ran] "I'm so sorry Shinichi, I am glad you are ok"

Now I've some new evidences that Ran really want to ask Shinichi about panties' thing or...ask about 'how do you feel about me?' thing, but this topic ended in 30 volume so... I doubt Gosho will turn back to this issue. However, lately something new has appeared, I'm talking about "Love strategy" Furni...something something...Whatever. But calm down, evidences first.

1) Ran told Shinichi she wanted ASK him about many things, not TELL him.  So she won't confess herself, but there's a possibility that she'll ask Shinichi about his feelings (well, I guess Gosho won't allow her to do it anyway).

2) Ran's blushing awfully  , that means she wanted to ask about something embarrasing for her, so either panties' thing or his feelings. If she just want to spend with him some time, she won't blush like that...

I'm curious what will be next chapter about, I hope it will be something suprising and amazing  and later there won't be any Dectective Boys case, I hate this...

We're long, long overdue for another "Ran's Suspicion" moment. Wouldn't it be great if this suspicion bit continued over into the next case, with Kudo back as Conan and her confronting him later?

Gosho could really deliver with that kind of story line...

I believe it's not really going to be the panties thing. It could be something else that she wants to ask, cause she said that she has a lot of things to ask Shinichi. Too, it could be one of the other choices above, except for the panties thing.
