It's nice that Shuukichi and Yumi finally will be together... If Yumi won't die.
I find it funny that the DC is full of murders and murderers, yet the BO isn't really killing anybody. We can count on 1 hand how many people they killed. Compared to the others, the BO is quite like like a saint. Plus, one would expect that if there are cases with the BO, they will end up unresolved. So far only the Mystery Train case (the bombs) remains unresolved. At least to the Metropolitan Police.
MeiTanteixX in the Scarlet topic said quite interesting thing:
EDIT: I'm starting to think that his sources comes from someone who got classified information about agency members. like in Ethan Hondou's case, akai found out his full background.
Akai, FBI agent, can find a full background info about a secret police officer Rei, but the BO has some hard times finding Akai's, and more importantly Hondou's, families. Could it be that the BO doesn't have any single spy in the police?
One more thing, this time related to this topic, even if Shuukichi is Akai's middle brother, then what? So far it doesn' seem that he's related to the main plot. What would we, and the plot, gain if he would really turn out to be Akai's brother? Sera's mission is to protect that child, and Akai... we all know. But Shuukichi doesn't do anything (at least for now) suspicious nor he's related to the BO chase. I wonder, if he would be investigating the BO, would he risk Yumi's life? If I were to investigate mafia, similarly like Rei, I would cut all ties with my family and friends and for sure would not date a woman from the police. Looks like he isn't much concerned with his mother being shrunk (if that's true).
