So, the cover page has Conan holding a candy on it (which I, funnily enough, originally thought was his bowtie OTL) and there’s ‘got the candy!'. Later on with Kazuha’s candy...well, it gives me a bad feeling.

Once more Sera’s visiting at the agency. I’m really wondering when she’s going to get to that “I can wait ‘til next time...When Conan-kun’s around...I’ll have him tell me a whole lot!â€

It's pretty obvious that the only reason Heiji was able to solve that quicker than Conan is because he speaks kansai-ben. Maybe Camel misheard ame-chan as abe-chan or maybe there is a word abe-chan.
Not that I care very much atm, I'm just waiting for Heiji to call Conan Kudo at some point.

No, the whole "Sera's gonna find out Conan=Kudo OMG" thing is tired now. I'm bored with it, at least. Hooray, Sera figures out Conan's identity. Now what? It doesn't matter. Only like 40 people already know it and they're not advancing the plot with that knowledge either.

So basically what needs to happen is Ran almost dies from the poison in the candy, and then at the hospital they need a blood transfusion or something and they don't let Conan give blood because he's all of like 2 pounds but then they take it from Sera who is actually Ran's secret sister OMG

about heiji not knowing about camel... i think conan told him about the general happenings during these cases but didn't send him pictures of all the FBIs he met during them... and even if he mentioned the name i doubt heiji would remember them, chances of meeting them aren't that high...

what i just thought of is that camel seems to get the same type of murdermagnet as conan

That's why she should have been Shinichi's secret twin sister that was taken away from Yuusaku and Yukiko by the Black Organization at birth, because they thought with their good genes one of their children would be a prodigy thus being an asset to them. When she found out her long lost brother was dead she was happy because she was jealous that he got to live a normal life. But once she heard about Conan she had her suspicion that Conan = Shinichi! Now she has returned to Japan to kill her the brother that she envies

Sera's comments about her chest make me positive she's a girl.  I really think it's a red herring. 
Also, I agree that Sera officially figuring out that Conan=Shinichi isn't that exciting, nor is Sera is Akai's sister as exciting.  Since Gosho's pretty much already said these two points, I think the reveal will be something beyond that.
I'm soooo excited Heiji's there!
