She seems to be upset because she hopes he didn't confess to Ran. She says even if he would confess, he couldn't be close to her for long because the actual antidote has short effects. She also said that HE said once that he wouldn't tell her his feeling because he doesn't want to see her so sad again (she would be sad because he wouldn't be able to stay by her side). And then, "Don't forget: you shouldn't (= it's forbidden) appear in the middle of the stage (I don't know to translate 表舞å

Again - I've the same feeling. I just don't understand Shinichi's parents here. Sometimes they treat Shinichi like a baby who plays such a dangerous game which being detective is, and here they know everything, but leave him alone? This time isn't about making fun of him, but it's about somebody's life!! How they can be THAT carefree and idiotic?? They could really make a call at least...
You are acting like Sonoko is more interesting then the Detective Boys
Well, when Ai is jealous, she shows it in her own subtle way. Those who were expecting something more obvious and explicit are bound to be disappointed.

If such an entity really existed, wouldn't all honest, hard-working people be happy?"

I have to say one more thing: I'm dislike CoxAi. So I don't expect anything about it. But I'm sure that Ai is in love with him (because of hat Yukiko said in volume... 41 if I remember well). So I think Gosho just gives some hints about the one sided love Ai>Co sometimes in the manga.

DC isn't a realistic manga. For example, there are too much childhood friends in love together to be true. And actually most of the characters (maybe all of them) are really childish! And the adults too! I think about Kogoro and Eri but also Yukiko and Yusaku. So, nothing strange in that. Don't try to understand something else in that.

When was Yuusaku's last appearance anyway? I know Yukiko's has to be episode 345. That was my favorite. Unless I'm forgetting something...
They both made an appearance in episode 490.

I definitely agree with both of those statements; Also, Shinichi has been living alone in Japan as a minor; and his parents still think he's the child he was before they left. What idiots 9_9

Spoiler:
+1--I was hoping that if the Kudous were involved, they would help with the actual investigation instead of just being the deus ex machina at the end. Though I guess I should stop expecting that to change at this point.
The resolution was also pretty rushed after all that time we spent figuring out the code/Minerva's messages. I was hoping for the bomb lady to show up. D:
Other than that, though, I enjoyed the arc a lot. I'm looking forward to seeing how they'll do this in the anime--the ShinRan stuff should make for some great scenes.
Don't know if it still needs spoiler tags, but.
Superman = Captain America > Aquaman = Hal Jordan > Wonder Woman > Barry Allen > Thor > Martian Manhunter > The Hulk > Wasp > Hawkeye > [power gap] > Iron Man = Batman > [power gap] > Hank Pym
-seeing Shinichi is always great, I really love how Gosho draws him
-London!!! My memories were awoken when I saw the buildings and scenes and the Sherlock Holmes Museum
-Sherlock novel references and quotes all over the place; I mean, even if are not familiar with the stories this gives you some motivation to read them or to get more familiar with them
-Kogoro: he was funny, when he was left alone with Diana and her friends, he was funny when he made faces in file 752, when Ran and Minerva were talking about Shinichi
-Yukiko and Yusaku: even if we see them for only one panel, the file is worth reading. They are such rare and cool characters that one would want a spin-off right away
-Minerva and tennis: Personally I liked how Minerva was drawn and Gosho really made those tennis "action" movements cool
-the riddle was interesting, yet simple (why didn't I solve it? Baka-baka)
-confession: finally, Shinichi said it indirectly!
-Shinichi's and Ran's behaviour the next morning after the confession: very cute and funny
-Shinichi behind the bed, hiding from Kogoro and Ran
-Ai's forethought
-Agasa's comments on Shinichi and his identity-hiding techniques
Boos:
Spoiler:
-it suppose to be a great London case, yet it lacked something
-file 751 was a very long and boring chapter
-Diana randomly offers Kogoro & co. a trip to London for free
-Conan randomly agrees to go, because IT'S LONDON!!!
-changing back in th telephone booth for a stupid reason
-dragging the confession for too long
-too few moments of Yukiko and Yusaku
