1- He will tell BO about his findings, and trying to capture her again to stand his position ??

2- He will kill her this time; bcz she is dead in BO view, and in order to avoid to be suspected as a direct traitor since he is the one who confirmed her death on the Mystery Train ??

3- He will arrest her to PSB for interrogation; since she was a high-ranking member of BO??

4- Any other options not mentioned??

With the consideration that in Mystery Train he was haunting her to bring her back to BO according to Aoyama's confession in SDB JUSTICE PLUS !!

Logically if they already suspect him of being a spy/traitor he may well do the first.
Although from what I've seen in the manga he seems very active within the PSB so he may just kidnap her and take her to the PSB, this way she would be out of the way and from a moralistic view protected and thus they would not find out about the shrinking effect.
That way the organization would think she's dead and it would likely prevent the organization from linking Conan to Kudo.

Amuro won’t be able to hand Haibara back to the BO since he was the one who confirmed her death on the Bell Tree Train. Handing her back would only have the BO questioned his credibility and loyalty. In addition, I don't think he will kill her either, he is not a murderer!! Or else, he would kill her from the start on Mystery train
Therefore, he’s left with one option; taking her into PSB custody for interrogation since she is an ex-BO member with high rank and "Sherry" codename !!

But despite that, arresting or either kidnapping her would not be that simple.. she is already being protected by two silver bullets.. Conan and Akai Shuuichi, so, approaching her won't be that easy!!

Well.. Regarding Amuro and Haibara, I have read somewhere (I don't remember where exactly) that Gosho acknowledged that both Amuro and Haibara will get along well !!
I don't know if Gosho has said that really or it's just a fake statement from some weird DC fans !! And if anyone knows the exact accurate source of this confession, or from which interview, can you tell me about it ??

I think it's from Let's Talk A Day With Aoyama 2019 interview, and when Aoyama was asked if these two characters will get along, he replied: "It's a secret" or something like this.
