This is a look at what Miyano Shiho/ Haibara Ai knows in terms of all plot developments and other possibly useful information. Note: this does not contain all of the information that we, the reader, know about the plot, this is just what Haibara would know by this point. Feel free to point out things you think I missed or discuss what you think she could figure out with this information. .... This looked a lot better spaced while on Microsoft Word Doc, before I copied it over.
• APTX4869 and Antidotes: So far Haibara has made two statements that seem to be reasonably possible to be the truth about how APTX works. “[Shrinking] is an unexpected side effect. The nervous system is unaffected, but everything else—bones, muscle tissue, internal organs, hair – reverts to a childlike state”(VIZ version) and “The apo in apotoxin 4869 stands for ‘apoptosis’. That’s programed cell death. Each cell in your body contains a self-destruct mechanism. Your cells live because they receive a signal that restrains that mechanism. Not only does this drug induce the cell to commit apoptosis it triggers increased telomerase activity and…”(VIZ version). Given her that it was her job to work on and test this drug, it is very possible that she knows much more information than this. She seems quite firm when she says that the “drug was not supposed to be a poison”. So far it would seem that from Haibara’s perspective, there have only been three survivors of the drug, a lab rat, Shinichi, and herself.
o... From Elena’s tapes, Haibara knows that her parents were working on a drug that they thought was terrifying, but their colleagues thought was a dream drug. The project was known as “Silver Bullet”. After hearing this, Haibara remarks that this drug was something that should have never been made.
o... Pisco seems to imply that she has made improvements on the drug compared to whatever her parents had done.
o... Later on, we learn that Numabuchi Kiichirou, would have been the first test subject due to his personal qualities. Before Numabuchi was to arrive at her lab, she was given all of his data which she did remember and was able to repeat later. However Numabuchi was able to escape and was later arrested on unrelated charges.
o... Conan tells her that Baigar has some ingredient that apparently counteracts the drug and returns them to normal temporarily. She then has to try this herself and is successful in returning to normal temporarily.
o... After the confrontation with Pisco, Haibara obtained a disk that has information about the drug on it. Very shortly after that is when we see the first appearance of an antidote to the drug based on the ingredients of Baigar. It should be noted that Haibara was able to predict when the drug would wear off on Shinichi during Desperate Revival with in about 24 mins according to her.
o... More antidotes were made and were hidden in a pill box in a desk drawer. However they were found and given to Conan and will last about 24 hours. Let it be noted that this version took a while to activate. In order to keep the identity a secret, a second dose had to be given to him. It is mentioned that taking too many antidotes in quick succession may cause the body to develop an resistance to it. As a result, the second dose will not last as long.
o... London arc Conan was given two antidotes for the use of passing through the airport. It is noted that these will last about 24 hours as well, but if one is used too quickly after the other, the second one’s time will most likely be cut in half. While in London he takes the second pill and it seemed to activate almost immediately. Later, a third supplied by his parents, is taken to get him back to Japan.
o... Haibara happens to be carrying antidotes around with her in a pill case. She had to use one on herself in order to save the DB. This one also seemed to activate rather instantly.

Spoiler:
• APTX: is the name of the drug that Shinichi and Shiho were given. She is the one who made it. “[Shrinking] is an unexpected side effect. The nervous system is unaffected, but everything else—bones, muscle tissue, internal organs, hair – reverts to a childlike state” (178) during the lab experiments, one of the lab rats reverted to a childlike state. “That substance wasn’t supposed to be a poison”. (179) “The apo in apotoxin 4869 stands for ‘apoptosis’. That’s programed cell death. Each cell in your body contains a self-destruct mechanism. Your cells live because they receive a signal that restrains that mechanism. Not only does this drug induce the cell to commit apoptosis it triggers increased telomerase activity and…” 4869 stands for Sherlock and the drug is referred to as “prototype detective” (240) Pisco says that he knows about the drug and that Haibara has improved on it. (241) Haibara created an antidote for APTX using the components of Baigar, and probably the data from the disk from Pisco (257) Seemed to be able to predict how long it would last, within 24 mins (260) Numabuchi Kiichirou was sent to Shiho to become the first human test subject for ATPX. He escaped before any test could be done (360) Haibara has created more antidote, which was taken and given to Conan (646) this version will only last about 24 hours (647) A second dose of the antidote is given to him, but will probably only last for a shorter time because if he takes the same medicine in quick succession, then the body will develop a resistance. (652) She made more antidotes and gave two to Conan so he could go to London. The drug is supposed to last 24 hours. If he takes a second pill before the times run out then the effect time will be halved.(743) She predicted that Conan would use both antidotes and sent a third with Shinichi’s parents (752) Haibara carries around some of the antidote with her (815) In order to save herself and the DB, she takes the antidote and returns to normal temporarily (817) Her parents were working on a drug that they deemed terrifying, while their lab mates called it a dream drug. After learning this Haibara gets upset saying that this drug was something that should have never been made (821)
• Data: Shiho accidentally mixed in one of the APTX data disks with photos that Akemi had sent her. The data may have been sent to Professor Masami Hirota. (179) Hirota is dead and the data is not on the computer (180) Disks found in the Hirota investigation were sent to Agasa but were encrypted, the data is lost when the Night Baron Virus destroys it (181) She was able to obtain data on APTX from Pisco’s computer (241) Data from Pisco is thought to be destroyed (242) You can see that Haibara has a burnt disk on her desk, possibly the data from Pisco (251)
• Lab: Shiho worked in a public pharmaceutical lab and the BO burned it to the ground. She assumes that the other labs she worked at may be gone as well (179) Now that she is living with Agasa she presumably has access to his lab in order to make the antidotes (257)
• Miyano Family: Based on both Pisco and Haibara’s accounts, both of the parents are said to have died in an accident. It is unknown at the moment if it really was an accident because we know that around the time that Akemi was 4 or 5 years old, it seems that the parents were being watched closely. Akemi was killed at a much later date when Gin shot her after the 1 billion yen robbery. It is currently unknown how much more information Haibara can tell us about her family, but these are the things we know that she knows.
o... At some point 30 years ago Miyano Atsushi left his father’s home to do research elsewhere. At that point he had loaned his house to a friend. At some point later, he had sent to that house a post card invitation saying that he had gotten married.
o... Akemi is 25 years old in the current timeline, meaning that she was born 25 years ago.
o... Atsushi was widely known as a “Mad Scientist” and that many scientists seemed to disagree with him. Miyano Elena was British, and seemed to be a quiet person who was not well known. However, amongst the BO her nickname was “Hell’s Angel”.
o... 20 years ago, while the person that Atsushi had loaned his house to was not there, Atsushi had returned to the house with Akemi and Elena. The other people who lived at the house seemed to remark that Elena was very quiet and that made them think that she didn’t speak much Japanese. However it was noted that Akemi seemed to speak it very well. Akemi also liked to hide things. It was noted that it is possible that the Miyano family was being followed when they went to the house.
o... Sometime after Shiho’s birth, the Miyano parents die in an accident. Although Haibara still speculates that it wasn’t an accident. Sometime before the accident, Elena was able to record tapes that were specifically for Shiho. After the parents had died, Akemi became unable to celebrate Hinamatsuri and the dolls for the festival had to be put away because they would cause her to cry.
o... Shiho was sent abroad to grow up in America under watch, while Akemi was able to roam free and go on vacations to various places.
o... At some point after Shiho had come back to Japan, she and Akemi met in public places to discuss their lives. During many of these discussions (with in the last 5 years) Akemi would tell her about things like getting a boyfriend (Moroboshi Dai / Rye) and that he had a rival (Bourbon). At some point Shiho actually meets Moroboshi Dai. She was also told at some point that Akemi had been at a school that uses a 5 mark grading system.
o... Around 2 years ago after Akemi’s boyfriend was ousted as an FBI agent, we are told that Akemi and Shiho had been moved.
o... Akemi revisits Atsushi’s house to try and hide the tapes from Elena in the same place that she had hidden the belongings of the other people around 20 years ago. She says that she will come back in a week and bring her sister.
o... Akemi signs on to do a job for the BO in order for them to release her sister from their grasps. However the BO had no intention of letting Shiho go to begin with. The 1 billion yen robbery case occurs and Akemi is later killed by Gin. As a result, Shiho began to refuse to work on the drug project and was handcuffed inside a gas chamber.
Notes:
Spoiler:
• Akemi: Akemi is killed by Gin (16) Shiho refused to work on APTX further because BO killed Akemi and would not tell her why. Previously, while Shiho was in America, Akemi stayed in Japan under surveillance. Akemi began working for the BO in hopes that they would leave Shiho alone. Before that Akemi went to school and took vacations and lived a normal life. Haibara thinks that Akemi’s house would have been cleaned out shortly after they killed her. (179) Shiho and Akemi often met in a public place to talk (180) She says that she can even detect the scent of the BO on her sister (360) Akemi did have a set of dolls for girls festival but after her parents death, she cried every time she looked at them and they had to be put away (384) When Atsushi visited his childhood home, Akemi liked to hide things belonging to the other people who now lived there. Apparently Akemi’s Japanese was very good. Sometime before her death, it is possible that Akemi hid something in the bathroom at the house. (423) According to the murderer, Akemi’s most recent visit was most likely within a week before her death. Also Conan found the tapes that she hid. The tapes contain messages from the mother (425) She says that when her sister went to school, the school was using a 5 mark system for grading (548)
• Parents: She says that her parents died in an accident when she was young (179) Pisco repeats that her parents died when she was young (242) another mention that her parents died in an accident. This time she says that she thinks it wasn’t an accident. She says that her mother was not well known, but her father was Miyano Atsushi, a mad scientist, whom other scientists disagreed with. (384) (we learn her mother’s name to be Miyano Elena, but Haibara is not part of that conversation) (398) She says that her mother was English (411) She visits the house that her father grew up in, he had loaned it to a friend 30 years ago. The father had sent a card when he got married to Elena. He visited the house again 20 years ago with Elena and Akemi. Elena was a quiet person and that made them think that she didn’t understand Japanese, but Akemi’s Japanese was very good. (423) In the BO, her mother Elena was known as Hell’s Angel (424) She discovers that her mother has left her tapes containing birthday messages that should go until she turns 20. (425) she overhears something on one of the tapes. Won’t be mentioned for 400 chapters. (427) the message on the tape reveals that they are working on a terrifying drug that their lab mates call a dream drug. It is called Silver Bullet. They say that in order to complete it then they will have to leave Shiho and Haibara, but it’s not specified how they will leave. (821)
• America: Shiho had been sent to study abroad in America. She describes the time as negative somewhat. She says that she was often made fun of for having an Asian face and often sat alone at lunch meals at school. Because she was in America she did not get to experience any Japanese festivals and as a result does not have any Hinamatsuri dolls. Because of her time there, she has interesting knowledge of several pop culture and cultural things about other countries that kids like the DB would not have. Knows that the FBI is called “the bureau” and that the CIA is called “the company”, before anyone else mentions it to her.
Notes:
Spoiler:
• America: She was sent to study in America for some time (179) “growing up in the US everyone helped themselves at the cafeteria, and I usually ended up eating alone, its intriguing that Japanese schools encourage a sense of community” (303) She did not have a set of dolls for girls festival because she was sent America at a very young age (384) She says that she was made fun of in America because she had an Asian face (411) reveals that she has knowledge of what the FBI and CIA are called, while Agasa did not know. (595)
• BO Members:Shiho's Codename was Sherry. She knew both Gin and Vodka. She can identify Vodka by voice. She knows what Gin's car looks like as it appeared in her dream before she saw it on the street. She states that Gin is left handed. She has heard of Pisco, but has never met him before. Conan is able to identify Pisco as Masuyama Kenzou. Does not mention that there were two members of the BO present at Reunion with the BO until much later. Haibara knows what Vermouth's face looks like and during the Bus Jacking case she thinks "She is on this bus...". Her BO scent detector seems to have gone off for Akai both when he is on the bus, and again when he drives past her in a later case, but she makes no mention of knowing him. Overhears Conan tell Agasa that the second BO member at Reunion being Chris Vineyard. She knows about Numabuchi Kiichirou being a low ranking member and that he has killed people, he was to be the first APTX victim, but he had escaped. She read Itakura's quote of Vermouth's words off of Agasa's computer screen "We can be both god and the devil...". She knows that the BO have seemed to nickname her mother "Hell's Angel". Haibara had never heard the word "Vermouth" before, she had only heard it in its Japanese pronunciation "Berumotto" and she makes the connection. She warns Conan against ever calling the number that the BO members use to contact thier Boss, because it functions as sort of a "Pandora's Box". When Conan witnesses Kir using that number, he contacts Haibara and Agasa. Haibara had never heard of Kir, but had heard of Chanti and Korn and that they are snipers. Much later while on Mystery Train, she sees Scar Akai (Vermouth) for the first time and feels the BO scent. Somehow Vermouth has Haibara's phone number and was able to text her. Later Conan asks her for a description of the BO agent RUM. She mentions that there are several descriptions, a large strong man, a feminine man, and an old man. They all have a similar aspect in common, they have an artificial eye.
Notes:
Spoiler:
• BO Members: She is codenamed “Sherry”. Images of Gin and Vodka appear behind her as she explains herself. (179) Recognizes Vodka by voice alone (180) Gin and his car appear to her in a dream. Later she is able to identify it by sight. Has heard of Pisco, but never met him (238) Pisco’s name is Masuyama Kenzou (241) She says that she realized that there were two members present during “Reunion”. Her BO detector goes off when Araide and Jodie get on the bus, and maybe a second time when Akai passes by (287) Haibara thinks “She is on this bus” with an image of Chris Vineyard / Vermouth behind her (288) Knows that Gin is left handed (304) Haibara’s BO detector goes off when Akai drives past them (326) Overhears Conan talking to Agasa and Heiji about the second BO agent from “Reunion” being Chris Vineyard. (341) by this point Hiabara had done some form of research on Numabuchi Kiichirou. She knew that he had killed people in the Tohoku, Kanto and Kinki regions of Japan. She is very surprised that she didn’t detect him hiding in the tree above her, meaning she knows he is BO related. (359) “fine eyebrows, hollow eyes, he’s gaunt with a turned up nose. His face looks like its directly pasted on his skull. His back is crooked but he is agile like an animal” her description of Numabuchi. She says that he is a member of the BO on one of the outermost branches. They wanted to use his agility to train him to be an assassin. He did not live up to this and was sent to her to be a test subject for APTX (360) ) Read Vermouth’s quote from Itakura’s diary “we can be both god and the devil since we are trying to raise the dead against the stream of time” (380) Haibara says she detected the BO scent a few chapters back at the parking garage, it shows an image of Vermouth. At that time only Agasa, Jodie, and Araide were present. States that in the BO, her mother was known as Hell’s Angel. (424) Haibara states that she has never heard the word “Vermouth” before and that she doesn’t know very much about alcohol. When Conan pronounced Vermouth in Japanese “Berumotto” she suddenly makes the connection. (429) Overhears Conan explain the Tottori area code to Agasa as 0858 (470) Haibara refers to the BO bosses phone number as Pandora’s Box. A number that must not be called (475) Finds out that a woman Conan met on a case happened to contact the boss’s phone number and then called Gin. “Mizunashi Rena” meets with Gin. Does not know who Kir is, but knows who Chanti and Korn are snipers. Is told that [DJ] will be killed at {ADY-P}. (500) Kir’s target is Yasuteru Domon (501) Conan tells her that Vermouth has met the eye witness from Kir’s bike crash and the BO likely know that she is injured and being held in a hospital somewhere (556) Feels a BO presence from Scar Akai, this would be her first meeting with Scar Akai, Conan has never seemed to mention the scared version of him (818) Reacts to Scar Akai again (820) While in a state of panic, receives a text message from Vermouth (821) Knew of a member codenamed RUM but had never met that person. The descriptions she knew were “strong man, very feminine and old”. However there is the possibility that these are his body doubles (906) Claims that one feature out of all of the descriptions of Rum is that he has an artificial eye (908)
• Moroboshi Dai:Through conversations with her sister Akemi, Shiho became aware of the person called Moroboshi Dai. At some point she met him in person. He made the statement to her of “Don’t make that face, I’ll protect her [Akemi] even at the cost of my life”. She also knows that he drinks canned coffee and that he had some sort of rivalry with Bourbon. She knows at one point that Moroboshi betrayed the BO and that caused her and her sister to have to move. It is currently not known whether she knew that Moroboshi was an FBI agent, as she never actually mentions this fact even in her thoughts. (Akemi knew and the rest of the BO knew, but would this information have been passed on to her?). It is unknown if she recognized him when he appeared in the Bus Jacking case and when he was driving past them in the James Black Kidnaping case. He had cut his hair since then. However at that time, it is presumed he still had the BO scent. While Haibara is present, the DB mention that the person who was at the Bus Jacking case, was also at the Bank robbery and that he was wearing a black knitted cap, but since we are not shown her reacting to it, she either did not hear it or she did not recognize Moroboshi on the bus. Later when she sees Scar Akai on the Mystery Train, she notes that the person has a similar feeling to that of Moroboshi. Later after that she sees Conan meet with Jodie and overhears them talk about Akai being a drinker of canned coffee and wonders if he is similar to Moroboshi.
• Akai Shuuichi: While listening into a conversation between Conan and Agasa she overhears that the reason she survived the incident at the docks with Vermouth is that a person named Akai intervened. Later she learns that Akai is an FBI member and is responsible for stopping Gin from killing Kogoro. She also knows that Akai was the person who found out that Ethan Hondou was a CIA agent. After the main events of Clash of Red and Black, Haibara asks if she can meet Akai, but Conan seems hesitant about it. (She asks if Akai is a lolicon). Much later after that she sees Conan meet with Jodie and overhears them talk about Akai being a drinker of canned coffee and wonders if he is similar to Moroboshi.
• Okiya Subaru: Knows that Conan trusts Okiya even though he seems to give off the BO scent. Conan let Okiya move into Shinichi’s house. Shen she slips and almost falls into the water, Okiya saves her. She knows that Okiya is smart enough to keep pace with Conan on solving a murder case at Ikkaku Rock. When the suspect attempts to kidnap Ayumi and use her as a hostage, he was able to talk the suspect into bringing the weapon away from her so that he could knock it away. At one point she is even convinced that Okiya is BO and that Conan lets him live next door to her to use her as bait. Okiya seems to constantly be keeping an eye on Agasa’s house and using his cooking skills to talk his way through the door. Knows that when Agasa and Haibara did not come home one day, he was able to get into the house and find the tracking glasses and figure out how they work in order to find them. When Conan is kidnapped by a suspect, he magically appeared to help out. He suggested that they take his car and that he had to be the one to drive. While making a worried face, Okiya says the line “Don’t make that kind of face” which reminds her about Moroboshi. At a point after this, Haibara begins referring to him as “Subaru”, which indicates that she may begin to trust him. Subaru drives Haibara and Conan to the ski slopes but are interrupted by a case, and Conan leaves. This marks the first time they have been alone together. During this case, when Subaru closes his eyes, Haibara tries to remove his scarf, presumably to see if he is wearing a voice changer or possibly to find the edge of a mask. He stops her and says “This is my AREA and not your TERRITORY”. On the Mystery Train he says “Just expected of sisters, I can read all of your moves, now shall I have you step this way into our AREA”. Haibara uses the word TERRITORY herself during the beginning of Scarlet Arc when she sees Conan leave with Jodie.
Notes:
Spoiler:
• Akai: Haibara knows that someone seems to be following them and he might set off her BO detection (326) Akai sets off her BO detector (383) Overhears Conan mention that Akai had saved her at the Halloween Party incident (470) Knows that Akai is responsible for stopping Gin and the BO from killing Kogoro (505) Is told that Akai is the one who was able to prove that Ethan Hondou is a CIA agent (595) James states that “Moroboshi Dai” was able to become acquainted with Akemi’s younger sister. From this, I guess its safe to say she knew that Dai was Akemi’s boyfriend. Akemi knew that he was FBI, but did Shiho? (599) Mentions wanting to meet Akai at some point, but Conan seems hesitant (605) DB mention that the person from the bus jacking who was wearing a black knitted cap was at the bank robbery (699) Haibara has a flashback to “Moroboshi Dai” saying something similar to Okiya. “Don’t make that face”. She also knows that he betrayed the BO and that he was Akemi’s lover. (802) She says that the feeling coming from Scar Akai is the same as what came from Moroboshi Dai (819) Has a strong suspition that Akai may be similar to Moroboshi Dai on the grounds that they both drink a lot of canned coffee. Conan attempts to say that Akai is already dead, but he is cut off before he can say “dead”. (850)
• Okiya: Okiya Subaru lived at an apartment near Agasa’s house that was along Haibara’s path home. He sets off her BO detector, but then it somehow stops. (622) Okiya likes to water flowers. He is trying to get a doctoral degree in engineering, the same thing Agasa has. He asks if He can stay at Agasa’s place, but because Haibara is scared, Conan offers to let him live in Shinichi’s house. Okiya is a Sherlockian. (624) Continues to claim that Okiya is one of the BO members. He saved her from falling into the water. Okiya announces that he can cook. (664) Knows that Okiya is smart enough to keep pace with Conan on a murder investigation. Feels the BO aura from him again, especially after he provoked the knife away from the suspect to rescue Ayumi (666) Even though Haibara continues to be afraid of Okiya, Conan continues to defend him. She is convinced be is BO and that Conan is using her as bait. (680) still says that she doesn’t trust Okiya. (741) Okiya admits to keeping an eye on Agasa’s home, but only because he wanted to bring them food he had been cooking. Also that Subaru knows what the Tracking Glasses are, where to find them, and how to use them. (755) When Conan is kidnapped by a murderer, Okiya suddenly appears when they decide to go after Conan with the tracking glasses. They use Okiya’s car. (798) Conan notes that Haibara finally referred to him as “Subaru”, which may be a sign that she is used to him being there (801) After talking about Subaru, and suggesting that he can drive them to the slopes, she looks up at the Kudo house and says “that person might just be….”. Subaru mentions he will ski as well since he needs to keep his body trained. (809) First time that Haibara has been alone with “Okiya” (810) She attempts to remove his scarf, presumably to see if he has a voice changer, but is stopped. “beyond here is my area and not your territory” (811) fashback to the previous meeting with Okiya (815) “Just expected of sisters, step this way into our area” said by Okiya (821) Conan says that Okiya is one of the good guys (825) Okiya has a black phone (843)
• Sera Masumi: Conan told her that Masumi is suspicious because she seemed to know who he really was. She knows that Conan went ahead and did a Shinichi deduction anyway, because she didn’t seem like a bad person. Conan also told her that Masumi may resemble someone he knows. She knows that Masumi has been to the Detective Agency and also that she watched the footage of Agasa trying to sell his vase and that she came to Agasa’s neighborhood. It is difficult to tell what Haibara could see during Detective’s Nocturne since Okiya did not stop his car and it was dark outside, so we don’t know if she saw Masumi there. On the Mystery Train Masumi leans down and says that she needs a word with her and Haibara’s reaction is “this person, could it be…”. Much later Conan asks her if she knows the meaning of “appellation” since he can’t figure out why Masumi says that the Mystery Girl is her “sister outside the DOMAIN” even though she doesn’t know any other relatives than her brothers and mother. Haibara knows that Masumi is holding a middle school aged person in her hotel room.
Notes:
Spoiler:
• Masumi: Knows that Conan finds Masumi to be suspicious because she seemed to know who he was. However he presented his deduction in front of her anyway because she didn’t seem like a bad person. Conan claims that she may resemble someone he knows or that he may have met her before. (771) Haibara knows that Masumi has been to the detective agency where a case is happening (772) Knows that Masumi saw her in the footage of Agasa trying to sell his vase. Also that Masumi came to Agasa’s neighborhood. (775) Hard to tell whether or not Haibara could see Masumi when she hit the suspect with her motorcycle (800) Knows that Masumi has boarded the train (818) Masumi sees Haibara’s face for the first time and says she would like a word with her. Haibara reacts with “this person, could it be…” (819) Conan asks her if she would know the meaning of “sister from outside the domain” and told her that Masumi is hiding a girl that is about middle school age in her hotel room. (879)
• Amuro Touru: It is difficult to tell what Haibara could see during Detective’s Nocturne since Okiya did not stop his car and it was dark outside, so we don’t know if she saw Bourbon there. However it is interesting to note that Haibara felt the BO scent while they were driving by, but this could have been Vermouth on the overpass above her. (I could not find any information anywhere that Conan had told Haibara that Bourbon was even on the hunt, She seemed to first find out during Mystery Train). During Mystery Train, while Ran was talking to Amuro, Haibara was distracted by Vermouth disguised as Scar Akai. Since Haibara talked to Kaitou Kid by phone to tell him what to say, it is unlikely that she heard anything that Amuro said to Kid. However because of what Kid said, Haibara at least knew beforehand that Moroboshi and Bourbon were rivals. After Mystery Train, Conan confirms to her that Amuro, the man who works part time below the Detective Agency, is Bourbon. Later Conan calls for Amuro’s help to save the DB from the refrigerated truck that they had been locked inside.
Notes:
Spoiler:
• Bourbon: Hard to tell whether she could see Amuro at the crash site. As far as I can tell, even at this point, she didn’t know that Bourbon had even surfaced (800) Because Scar Akai walked past her, she didn’t notice Ran talking to Amuro (820) Conan says to her that Amuro is Bourbon (825) She knows that Bourbon works at the Poirot café and that Conan is willing to ask for his help to save them from the ice truck (842) Bourbon saves them and now knows where Professor Agasa lives (843)
• FBI: As far as I can tell, Haibara did not know that the FBI was in Japan until after the Halloween Party Incident. Once it was over, Haibara got a call from Jodie asking if she wanted to go into witness protection, but she declined. Most likely she knows that James Black is the leader of the FBI from when he drove up in his car to drive Conan and Jodie to stop the BO assassination at Black Impact. Sometime after Kir had been captured is when she is first told that Eisuke exists. However, Conan assured her that Eisuke was a good person because he cried during the Hammer man case. Later, Jodie meets with Conan and Haibara at Agasa’s house. During this conversation it is revealed that Akai is really good at finding information and is never wrong. Akai had found out that Ethan Hondou was a CIA agent. After Clash of Red and Black, she finds out that Conan and the FBI have let Kir go back into the BO willingly as an informant. She hears that Eisuke would be entered into FBI witness protection, but that turns out to be wrong when he turns up at a book store. This was her first time meeting Eisuke, and after the case he goes to America. Later, she sees Conan take a phone call, but Conan won’t tell her what it was about (it was about Bourbon). Haibara may have seen Jodie at the Bank Robbery, don’t remember. From Haibara’s point of view, the FBI kind of go missing for most of the Bourbon arc. Jodie re-emerges during the Shrine case and Haibara willingly lets them talk alone, but does overhear about Akai liking canned coffee. Later at the beginning of Scarlet arc, Haibara notices Conan get into Jodie’s car and uses the TERRITORY word.
Notes:
Spoiler:
• FBI: (it would seem that Haibara probably did not know of the FBI’s existence until after the Halloween party incident) Jodie makes a phone call to Haibara asking if she wants to go into witness protection (435) She turns down the witness protection program. James Black is standing at the door to Jodie’s hospital room, but it is unclear whether she knows if James is FBI or not at this point (437) While she and Conan were listening in on Kir talking with the BO members, Jodie appears and says that the FBI have been tailing her as well. (500) Got left in the car while Conan and Jodie tried to stop the assassination (501) Potentially saw James Black as he drove off with Conan and Jodie. Conan didn’t even know until now. (502) Knows that the FBI have captured Kir. She is also told about Eisuke Hondo for the first time. Conan says that Eisuke is not a bad person based on the fact that he cried. (556) Jodie, Conan, and Haibara discuss Ethan Hondou being a CIA agent. They mention Akai being the one to find the information and that he is never wrong. (595) Knows that the FBI has allowed Kir to reenter the BO as an informant, as well as Eisuke will be under FBI witness protection (605) Knows that Camel is an agent of the EBI (606) Eisuke returns to school and the DB bump into him at the book store. This is Haibara’s first time meeting him. She assumes he denied witness protection. (619) Haibara knows that Conan took a call from Jodie but won’t tell her what it was about (it was about Bourbon) (622) She notices Conan getting into Jodie’s car and thinks that something has happened again. Something that is outside her Territory (891)
• Guns: We don’t really know how much Haibara knows about Guns, she was able to pick up and fire one in the cases that introduced her. Later during Desperate Revival she pointed a gun loaded with flowers at Conan’s head. It seems unlikely that she knows anything specific.
Notes:
Spoiler:
• Guns: Isn’t afraid to fire a gun (178) Was shot by Gin at least 5 times and then fell down a chimney (241) Points a gun at Conan, turns out to be loaded with flowers (255)
• Disguise: Seems to be able to detect the BO scent on people even when she can’t recognize them, such as being in disguise.
o For Vermouth, It seems that she did not detect the BO scent from Dr. Araide who had appeared during Desperate Revival even though they stood quite close. Considering at that time Haibara was disguised at Conan, it may have been done this way so that we would not realize that Conan and Haibara had switched. She did seem to notice Vermouth’s BO scent at the bus jacking case.
o Another thing to note from the Bus case is that even though Akai has been out of the BO for at least 2 years, he seems to still give off the scent of one of them. It is because of this combined with being similar to Moroboshi that she began to suspect Subaru as a person from the BO and later tries to check his neck to see if “Subaru” was a disguise. However it can also be noted that Subaru can seem to turn off the BO scent somehow.
o Notably, Haibara was absent from cases which involved “Scar Akai”, until Mystery Train when the identity switched to Vermouth. This was probably done so that readers who had not noticed that Akai had faked his death was really Subaru. However when it comes to Bourbon, he approached Conan, the DB, and Jodie during the Shrine case while in disguise, but Haibara did not seem to get the BO scent from him.
o "I didn't feel anything, but that's because I wasn't bracing myself for that possibility..." (File 856).
Notes:
Spoiler:
• Disguise: Disguises as Conan, while Shinichi disguised as the black knight. Did not realize that Vermouth was disguised as Araide. Saw Heiji disguised as Shinichi, which was not a part of the plan.(255) Does not recognize Vermouth disguised as Araide a second time, but this time her BO detector goes off. (287) Haibara says she detected the BO scent a few chapters back at the parking garage, it shows an image of Vermouth. At that time only Agasa, Jodie, and Araide were present. (424) (It seems I made a mistake and forgot to continue this section when re-reading the Bourbon arc chapters. Given that she tried to check Subaru’s neck, it is likely she figured out that it was a disguise. However she did not notice Bourbon or Vermouth at the shrine case(850))
• Fashion: A couple of times after she is first introduced, as well as a couple of times really recently, she is seen reading Fashion magazines. She knows information about Fusae Campbell as the designer of a purse with ginko leaf patters. She knows that there are cheaper items with in that brand. As compensation for helping with one case, she asks Conan to get her a Fusae brand purse, but we do not know if that ever happened. She sees a suspect with the newest purse from the Fusae brand and remarks that it is so new that it isn’t even available in Japan yet. As compensation for helping Sato on a different case, she asked for the newest Prada bag.
Notes:
Spoiler:
• Art/Fashion: Reading magazines (179,189,222) Haibara recognizes a Picasso painting, “Weeping Woman” (176) Would prefer to see the movie “Einstein’s days of glory and anguish” over “Gomera” (222) She recognizes that the abandoned building the DB is playing in is an Art Gallery even though there are no paintings on the walls (231) When asked what she would want for solving a police case, she says “the latest Prada bag” (267) In the hotel room she is watching a movie while waiting for everyone else (312) “Art is a window into the artists soul” (335) Knows of the purse designer Fusae Campbell and her brand. Also knows that there are a number of cheaper items sold by the brand. (410) Haibara asks for a Fusae brand purse for helping Conan by pretending to have a burst appendix (468) Points out that a suspect has the latest Fusae brand purse, that isn’t even on sale in Japan yet (880)
• Higo: Knows that Higo and his brother were both signed up to play for the soccer team “Noir Tokyo”. However, Noir only signed on Higo’s brother in an attempt to get him, so Higo then left the team to join Big Osaka. Conan compares Haibara to Higo, saying they both left the “black team” (Noir is French for black). Haibara seems to like Higo and spends a lot of effort trying to keep up with the game he is playing. Later she becomes disappointed when she heard that Higo won’t get to play in the deciding match between Big Osaka and Tokyo Spirits because he has gotten too many yellow cards. However it shows that Haibara still doesn’t know much about Soccer because she doesn’t understand what a yellow card is and calls it a “sly trick”. Later she attempts to copy Higo’s signature move while playing soccer with the DB. Haibara is known to watch programs about Higo on tv. Through this, she discovered that the song he listens to while warming up is a song by Okino Yoko and now she listens to it as well, “Dandeilion”.
Notes:
Spoiler:
• Higo: Knows that Higo transferred from Noir Tokyo to join Big Osaka. Is aware that he may be doing so in order to screw up a contract so that he can move to Spain. She feels happy for him. Once they see he is playing a game, she goes out of her way to keep up with the game. (344) Conan informs her that Higo has a brother. Both Higo and his brother played for Noir Tokyo until Higo found out that his brother was just used to get him to sign up. This was the real reason he left to join Big Osaka. Conan compares Haibara to Higo, they both left the “black team” as Noir is French for black. (345) She was happy to hear that Higo kicked the winning goal (346) Is disappointed that Higo won’t get to play in the deciding match between Tokyo Spirits and Big Osaka because he has to many Yellow Cards. She knows what a hat trick is, but does not seem to know what Yellow Cards are and calls them a “sly trick” (699) Haibara attempts Higo’s signature move, the no spin shot. (841) Haibara watched a program about Higo where he said that he would like to visit his old school and watch a game there. Then his friend came on and talked about his interests (885) Higo listens to the song Dandelion By Yoko Okino during his warmups and now Haibara listens to it because of him (887)

Actually bourbon told her (well he was technically speaking to kaito kid but she was hearing thanks to a micro) that moroboshi dai was a FBI agent

The way I saw it, Conan and Kid both have cell phones and used them to talk to each other after Mystery Train ended. After, when they are discussing what happened in the next chapter, we are shown that Conan handed Haibara a cell phone in order to speak to Kid, meaning that Kid would have heard her on the other end through his cell phone, probably before confronting Bourbon. In 825, there is no mention of a micro-anything, with the exception that Conan says that he could not say much because he thought the train was bugged.
When Kid speaks at the end of Mystery Train, he says very little other than "you are the rival of Moroboshi". After that, everything else is said by Bourbon only, until the reveal of the bombs. That to me says that Haibara was not able to listen in, and probably did not know any more than what Kid did say, because otherwise she would have told Kid something more to say to get more information out of Bourbon.
I see no proof that Haibara could hear that conversation and she never mentions any specifics of that conversation afterword.

true. Actually you mentioned it later in the amuroo part. My bad for not reading your post entirely. Anyway this was a great recap and I don't think you missed anything
Did you mention that she might know anokata's whereabouts and that she warned conan that there is no going back if he heard about the BO's secrets (possibly ultimate goal).
