While I think some BO members will die I think Vermouth will live. Don't forget the infamous speech Shinichi gave to her in NY in the Golden Apple Case when she was disguised as the serial killer(before Conan existed). I think that was forshadowing and the part Gosho made Shinichi say about making sure she is locked up for all his crimes will come true. Gosho also said he speaks through Haibara often and she had a certain quote where I cannot remember where specifically where she mentioned something about the people who try to cheat death suffer the most. I'm paraphrasing.

I bet Akai is gonna die near the end of the series, he seems like those characters that can only find their peace in death. And besides the BO he doesn't really have a relation to Shincihi so he won't be necessary to the ending, although I'm the biggest Akai fan I just think he has to die in the end.
