• What is in the P.S. of Akemi's last text message to Akai?
• What was Elena about to say on the disk intended to be heard on Shiho's 18th Birthday?
• What (besides drug data) is on the bloody disk that Haibara lied about losing at the Haido City Hotel?
• What was the program about that Itakura couldn't complete for the sake of humanity?

He appeared with a relevant role in the mystery train case. He might be used again.
• Yukiko and Yusaku Kudo: what are they doing, how are they connected to the story and why don't they come back?
They did come back, they might be used again.
• Shizuka and Heizo Hattori: what are they doing, how are they connected to the story and why don't they come back?
• What is the relationship to the plot, if any, of minor recurring characters such as Okino Yoko, Sanada Kazumi, Azusa Enemoto, Akagi Hide, Osamu Kenzaki, etc...?
• Fusae Kinoshita and Billy: why their connection to Akai, what are they doing, and does Fusae have a dead magician relative?
• Kogoro's absent past and relatives. What was he doing (besides romancing Eri), why did he decide to join the police, why did he leave, and why does Gosho never bring up Kogoro's relatives?

• RUM
• Relationship between Sera, Shinichi, Ran and the mysterious girl
• Relationship between the mysterious girl, the BO and APTX (if any)
• Sera's and Akai's brother
• What is Amuro's purpose and what does he know about Vemouth
• Conan seems to be solving cases in a more direct way lately, we see less and less of sleeping Kogoro, and he gives hints to the police and the others without caring too much (even in front of Ran)..
Is that done on purpose? will that trigger a new Ran suspicions case?

EDIT: Eisuke.. will he be brought back? will he take an important role in confronting the BO at some point?
