I believe that Rum must be a real BO's member, since he/she probably knows the BO's boss identity (because Rum is closer to the Boss than Gin [who already knows Anokata's identity]). If Rum was not a real BO's member, he/she would have already revealed to the police/FBI/CIA or any authorities what's the leader's true identity to end up to all evil plans of the organisation.

Gin knows? He sure could, I think he's happy when he can kill someone. Whether an old guy or a 5 yo child commissioned killing someone. But I wonder if there's a proof somewhere that he knows.

Before Gin killed Pisco, he said to him, "I was given the order in person". If you say 'in person', then you mean that you saw this person face-to-face, right? Unless, those orders were from Rum, who is higher ranking than Gin, but I doubt it was the case.

@Detective Doroshi: I totally agree, but I guess I want to prepare myself for every possibility.

Well, assuming the anime dialogue is the same as the manga, either it was an order Anokata gave in person, or an order that Anokata gave to Gin specifically. :-X

From the Detective Conan's Wiki, it says : "When on missions, he is typically the one giving orders, even to agents who are equally ranked, like Vermouth. Gin seems to be able to communicate freely with Anokata."

So from that and from what I saw from the anime, I assume that Gin knows Anokata's identity.

I don't think that's what Gin said. My understanding is he said "I was given the order by that person him/herself", but that doesn't mean he got it in person.

But doesn't that sentence means he received the instructions in person? If it was translated in Japanese, "that person" would give "Anokata".

Could mean as much as he got them in a TXT, like Vermouth got her orders in 345.

That could be possible. But looking well into it, it looks like there's only Vermouth and Gin who receive messages from Anokata. So, since Vermouth knows about Anokata's identity, I guess that Gin probably knows his/her identity as well.
Moreover, I don't feel like Gin is the type of person to trust someone only through simple messages or phone calls, even if it is Anokata. I mean, he does not seem to be the kind of person to obey someone blindly. Gin is the type of person to kill people coldly and heartlessly. There must be a reason for him to obey Anokata like that.

Just a couple of days ago I watched the episodes of the Reunion With The Black Organization and I observed something related to what you're saying. Pisco was ordered to kill a lawyer secretly by the organization, at the same time Gin & Vodka had found a strand of Shiho's hair inside the Porsche with an eavesdropping device. So Gin was certain that Shiho would go to the funeral party where Pisco's mission was to be done, as she heard it from the device before him finding it out. Then Pisco killed the lawyer and kidnapped Shiho into the storage room. Just when that happened, Gin & Vodka arrived infront of the Hotel. Then a picture with Pisco pointing out his gun was wide spread on the Internet. Gin was notified after that to kill Pisco. So what we can conclude here is that Pisco is an executive in the organization and only because of his mistake was to be killed, to avoid him being captured by the police and the leaking of the organization's information in his questioning. But the picture with him pointing the gun was spread, which led into that order from Anokata to Gin, just right at the moment when Gin was with Vodka infront of the Haido City Hotel. So Gin couldn't get that order from Anokata face to face since he was infront of the hotel at that exact moment. Well, unless Anokata himself was there or really nearby and saw Gin, but I highly doubt that. That leaves us with the only remaining option that the boss could order Gin through to kill Pisco, and that is through a message, just like the way with Vermouth in the Rotten Apple case(Episode 345). Case Closed. But I agree with you that Gin knows Anokata personally, since a person as cruel as Gin wouldn't just take orders from a person he never saw or talked to, face to face.

Yes, it looks quite logic.

Haibara called Yukiko to give the extra antidote for her before going to London. It means that they are quite close and Yukiko even starts to call her Ai-chan

However that was after the big confrontation with the BO. We are speculating to before the Film Murder Case back in 335-336.
