A "call-back" to 200 episodes earlier, Second time someone say Ran's stronger than one though, and Conan still think it's about karate. Now I'm sure Sera know his identity more compare to what Okiya know.

Personally I think Okiya does know Conan=Shinichi considering how many hints have been dropped on his head, with Sera all I know for certain is that she knows there's a definite connection between the two. Who knows, maybe she thinks what Ran thought that time (that Conan texts Shinichi for help on cases then drops hints). Ultimately though, I'm unsure about just how far Sera figured out.

Nice Cross Armbreaker from Sera. The phrase "tough" Sera mean is that she love Shinichi too, but after hearing Ran's faith to Shinichi in File 773, she'll stand no chance to steal Shinichi from Ran.

Sera's storyline going to stop for a while since not even Heiji do appear 3 cases successively. Detective Boys are missing in File 774, I wish Detective Boys will tell Ran the truth behind Shinichi using Conan's phone in the next few chapters.

Its funny how Conan is so clueless to Ran's feelings towards Shinichi (himself)
at the end he didn't realise that Sera meant Ran was 'tough' to deal with Shinichi always popping in and out.

This ^ or if I am more optimistic I would say she meant that Ran knows and she is tough in pretending  . Because, I really hope that Ran did not buy Shinichi's lie  . It will awesome though, if Ran asks the DBs about Shinichi, unless the rest thought about it and told them to lie  to Ran in case she asks 

Seems that if she were to question anyone, it would be Okiya.  "Hey, did Shinichi drop by here a while ago?"

That aside, I think Ran is figuring something is completely off about Shinichi from that statement she made. About how he must can't show his face for some reason, and she's technically right.

@MaitreDetective: I still think the explanation (if any is given) is going to be some sort of 'wordplay' (if you can call it that) where Sera meant 'her type of opponent'. ...At least, that's the only explanation that satisfies me at this point xD

then that's a completely different point from what you originally said. But either way, considering they already disarmed him with a gun (when he was pointing it directly at sera), I doubt they'd care much that he may have a knife on him when he's clearly preoccupied over learning the "truth" of the death of his sister.

Please don't shoot me but I just reread the story and although I understand Gosho's idea that the protagonists loathe for anyone to die, does it necessary for Ran to close the curtain? I know her reasoning but she put not only her, but everyone in the house in danger by doing so. She might be able to think of alternatives, such as saying about the charger is in the cupboard & so redirecting the bomber to go farther from the window, but still keeping the curtain open, just in case something really bad happens.

Of course in the end nothing happened because the story wants to go toward "Ran is strong" conclusion, but it's not very nicely done, IMO. In real life, those kind of actions are called reckless & foolish.

Yeah, in real life it would be stupid, but in this case it sorta works.  She trusts that Shinichi knows what he's doing, and is going to give him the chance to do it.
