Yeeeaaah but Haibara also said about "taking too much will causing the prototype antidote's effect wears off faster. In the end you'll be unable to return!" in the file right after "The Return" arc finished.

When you say "The Return arc", are you referring to the Desperate Revival arc, or what?  How early in the manga is that arc, cause if it's towards the start she's probably gotten past that wall.
