Not to mention I really needs Aoyama to reveal the plan to "turn back time" and "raise the dead", That's one mystery I want to understand so bad.

although I honestly forget where the turning back time and raising the dead things were mentioned, so this could be completely off base, the turning back time could refer to some sort of apoptoxin-like formula, and the "raising the dead" thing, which was about that one guy's program iirc, that could maybe just be some virus-type program that gathers/uses info on dead people somehow, or perhaps it's a program that is meant to track down all the people that the organization think are dead, but they have no confirmation of (like conan)? Either way, he was just a software designer, so I doubt it's necromantic in any sense.
