It would be hard to make a list considering she is almost in every episode, movie and OVA after ep 128, maybe if you are more specific we can help you, like asking in which episodes does Haibara ride a car, or in which episodes she runs, just to give you an idea.

Yeah Haibara's almost in every episode after 128. Well I can remember some episodes such as 129 (first appearance), then 130, 230-231, 345, etc. Also, try episode 427, it has a very cute scene. =P

Most of the episodes they use in a Conan x Ai AMV is 176-178 (Haido City Hotel Case) 230-231 (Bus Hijack) The one where Haibara was holding a gun (Desperate Revival)  345 and some other scene in the Movies. But do try other episodes so it would be a little bit different. ^^

If you look on youtube for the DCclips uploader, there are a few TVO episode clips that have Conan x Ai moments (I believe that is the correct terminology you are looking for). I hope that helped ;3 I love this pairing even if it is just the figment of fangirls' imaginations Make sure you post your amv after your done! (I sympathise with you, btw. It was hard for me to find a bunch of Shinichi x Ran moments cause, let's face it, it's not that often when Shinichi is Shinichi! XD )
