Okay, since the game for the NDS is coming out, why don't we have a duel? In a fight, who would win? Kindaichi? Or Conan?

Conan's the best, definitely.

I agree, Kindaichi's nothing against Conan.

this game looks kinda like a Phoenix Wright game with puzzles. Fun!

Kindaichi is the main character from Kindaichi Case Files, he's a detective as well.
I seem to remember there were crossover manga chapters announced on the cover of some of the Conan chapters.

DETECTIVE KINDAICHI (DK) is another wonderful detective series!

Kindaichi is just as smart as Conan, but he's not as quick and charismatic (it's all due to the drawings, at which DC is far better)

Actually, while you as a reader can pinpoint some weaknesses in Conan's deductions, Kindaichi is keener: you can never find an argument against his deductions!

DK does not have "filler" cases.

Actually, the cases in DK are better than DC!
They're all serious and meaningful... while DC has many trivial cases.

While DC is going downward after the first 10 volumes or so, DK is not.

Try DK and tell me how it goes!

I do not agree. I've seen enough DK cases to give a judgement about this: Conan is way better.
And I don't agree with the "DC's going downward after volume 10" part. DC's cases are getting better, and by the way I've been rewatching the old episodes these last few weeks and noticed how the cases are only getting more interesting and difficult. So no, I can't agree with that.


And no, I'm not trying to argue or anything. Everyone's intitled to their own opinion.

kindaichi is like conan.. but he not shrunken to child.. i have not watch read of read any detective kindaichi materials but i think he can match conan/shiniichi..hhehe..

Sorry, I like Conan better.
Actually, I skipped the whole Kindaichi series. Too many serial killings and dismemberments .

I like both series but since I'm an avid fan of Detective Conan, I rather vote for this one.


I hope that DCTP/Kaizou will also pick Kindaichi Shounen No Jikenbo series.

I'd rather decide after seeing Kindaichi. I like Conan partly because of the Japanese cultural/historical stuff that I can get out of it.

Can someone lead me to a place where I can find Kindaichi episodes?

but there's a total of 148 episodes while i think it has 2 specials while i think also the subbed episodes only is from 1-13 or 14?? while the 2 specials were subbed already... hope this may help you...
