just wondering what this movie's about...it's listed as a movie in animenewsnetwork.com. but nothing about it. here's the link where i saw it.

It's just a short movie made for IMAX theater promotions in Japan. It's never been released outside of there, unfortunately.

so sad...why only in japan? do they not know that there are fans too in the other part of the world?!

It's not even available in Japan.  If it were available there, it could be imported.  There's not some sort of export ban on specific DVDs or anything.  It was never released on DVD.  IMAX only.
