Did anyone notice Shinichi's voice at the end of 517?
Sounds different...New voice actor or something?

I thought it was the same one, they wouldn't change him, besides it was only a few words spoken fast so maybe it was hard to identify, but I'm sure it was him 

It's him, as he continues to talk he starts to sound like usual. It was probably a case of him only have to say a few lines and really didn't put much effort into it, I guess VAs also have their off days.
