(If anyone knows more please tell me) Here it is , remember the episode when Conan , Ran and Kogoro get a free trip from prof. Agasa (think it was the Izu beach , but not sure ) , it has to do with the Mistery tour , the winner gets  a computer program called the Night Baron..it is a so called virus that deleted a important data from a few big corporations (it is chapter 71 i think , but again not sure ) In the other hand do you remember the episode dealing with Pisco , when the virus Night Baronesse (think i spelled it right ) deletes data about the APTX 4869 from Haibaras computer.... Is this just a coincidence or more , just wondering if anyone noticed it... I know it is stupid but as the subjects says WANT TO KNOW:D:D:D:D

The episodes that you were thinking of were The Night Baron Murder Case and that one episode when Ai first appears, and yes, I think the BO would use that same virus, knowing how dangerously useful it is as a information guard.
