yeah I tried it too but I think seekmo funds detectiveconan.us so they want you to install seekmo first if you want to view their site. I think seekmo is their just for advertisement. well, I didn't install since I keep track of dtcp and azfansubs and they are the only active fansubbers yet so I don't worry much to not enter detectiveconan.us

Yes, if you installed the Seekmo malware, uninstall it immediately. Don't panic or anything, but these things have a habit of transforming into worse problems.

I would think that if it's been taken over, and now forces (or asks?) you to download malware of any form, that linking to it probably isn't the best idea.

As for getting rid of it, my personal favorite anti-spyware and malware tools are Ad-Adaware and Spybot.  You can get both free from pretty much anywhere, just google them.  If those don't work, get AVG.  In fact, get AVG anyway.
