"People don't kill people, Guns do" marathon (death by shooting, not that many of these are there? i can only think of two off the top of my head, the skeet shooter one and the festival one)
"femme fatales" marathon (female killers)
"stranded in a mansion" marathon (may be kind of long, self explanatory)
"if only I knew (I wouldn't have killed him/her)" marathon (theres a good 3 or 4 of these)
"magicians tricks" marathon (not kaitou kid, but tricks that at first glance seem impossible (see magic lovers case)
"serial killers" marathon (cases are intensified when ppl are getting off'd left and right)
"fan favorites" marathon (top "insert number here" cases voted on in message board or something)
"the dead walk again" marathon (cases where the victim is portrayed as alive as part of the trick. ex. the snow woman case
"holloween marathon" (brutal deaths)
"assassins creed" marathon (stealthy murders, like that one blackout stabbing with the o x ^ [] dying message)

You could include the episodes where main characters get shot/killed.

Ok,here are some of my crappy suggestions:

DCTP community favourite cases marathon(Done through voting or survey)
DCTP community worst cases marathon(doubt anyone will take itXD)
Shinichi's parents marathon(I recall there are a few+mov 6)
Conan's True Identity(or almost discovered) discovery marathon(heiji,eisuke,prof,shinichi parents etc(if any))
Gadgets marathon(during first time use of gadgets)
New songs marathon(the first time where the OP & EP are played)
