Evil deeds and crimes done by Conan

After a frank discussion in IRC it was decided that a list of morally wrong deeds done by Conan/Shinichi should be made, so far we have

1. Constantly lying to his girlfriend about his whereabouts.
2. Defrauding the police by pretending to be Mouri Kogoro.
3. Probably causing severe long term medical and mental issues from forcing Mouri Kogoro to abuse sedatives.
4. Encouraging elementary school students to become vigilanties.
5. Underage drinking (the chinese liquor that turns him into his original form)
6. Operating a motorized, (all kinds of times! boats, his skate board, etc.)
7. At least one count of physically abusing a dog (riding it).
8. Doing drugs! (big one there)
9. Probably hundreds of counts of assault (kicking things into people, e.g. soccer ball).
10. Sexual harassment (from things such as bathing with Ran).
11. Numerous counts of trespassing and breaking and entering
12. Obstructing justice
13. He has driven at least one person to suicide.
14. He is aiding a mass-murderer in remaining undercover
15. Impersonating police officers
16. Nearly caused the death of Mouri Kogoro
17. Attempted suicide (i think eating a bun when he knows that there's cyanide in his hand is pretty suicidal)
18. Robbery (taking/eating Ran's valentine chocolate without her permission is stealing Tongue Wink )
19. Underaged and unlicensed use and possession of a firearm
20. Endangering and Contributing to the deliquency of minors (again with the detective boys!)
21. Numerous counts of stalking
22. Numerous counts of invasion of privacy
23. Paragliding from a skyscraper (ALSO underaged for paragliding i believe)
24. Surfing/skateboarding on the top of a train and roller coaster. (also underaged for that!)
25. Destruction of public property
26. As Conan & Shinichi truanting school several times as well
27. Stunning random people who get in his way! (episode 515, forget manga chapter)
28. Stealing a bike and getting it blown up (movie 1)
29. Breaking and Entering (all over the place!)
30. Endangering the lives of police officers for personal gain

You should change that to just "Operating a motorized vehicle" since he has  operated things like boats, helicopters, and planes...

Also, add Trespassing and Obstructing Justice...

I always did wonder how, even as Shinichi, he could get away with assaulting someone even if that someone is a criminal.

Kidnapping, Assault, Attempted murder, Unlicensed Possession of a Firearm and firing said Firearm, Driving without a license, Theft of Police and Government Property, Impersonating Authority, Obstruction of Justice, Destruction of Property, Espionage, Underage Possession of Alcohol, Underage Drinking, Abuse of Drugs, Theft, Harboring a Criminal...

By all means the list goes on.

That would be unlicensed possession and firing of a Firearm without supervision of a licensed individual and even then a Seven Year old is still underage for even supervision...

Infact by shooting that would be Assault and should Conan's aim failed him Murder.

I believe it was The Case of Moonlight Sonata Murders where he became so preoccupied in revealing the culprit and the method used for the murders he forgot to take into account Dr. Narumi's state of mind. So he in a sense believes that he cornered Dr. Narumi into suicide for not handling the case better. I believe he references back to it to Heiji or someone for the Main Cast to show he still thinks about that case and it's resolution.

when did he ever plant false evidence (he has bluffed to get a confession though, but i'm not sure thats a misdeed because if it doesn't work he won't get a confession)
