Can anyone please translate it? I tried Google Translator but it was same as watching XCHKS conan subs.

If they are claiming it actually has something to do with Akai, then it's almost definitely fake. That's just now how the ball bounces.

Think so two..why should Akai come in this movie? well..it would be confusing.

Maybe the movie might be about Akai. It could be Akai's ghost making a cameo appearance, or a completely different person named Shuichi Akai. That might be interesting 

Anyways, It might not be bad. After all, it can do any worse than Movie 11 did
