He isn't in every episode of "Desperate Revival", and only the very beginning of "The Bullet Train Transport", "The Location of the Black Photograph", and "The Clash of Red and Black".

I would say my list is more accurate then since they probably want episodes when he's in it all the way thorugh not snippets of him.

That still only removes 3 of the 12 I posted.  Plus he's in Desperate Revival longer than he is in episode 345

Really? I wouldn't say so. He's in 345 for a lot longer, considering he's in it for quite awhile. Not gonna spoil it or anything, obviously.

Heiji fuckin stars in 345 dude, and without giving it away, we all know this

He flies in with Kazuha to Tokyo after hearing about Conan getting shot in the previous case that takes place in the first two episodes of Desperate Revival. I think that's between episodes 189~192, not completely sure. Also, after Conan complains to Heiji that he wished there were 2 of him, Heiji dresses up as Shinichi during the School Festival (and fails miserably because Kazuha blows his cover - though Ran pretty much knew it wasn't Shinichi).  He also (sort of) helps Shinichi solve a subsequent case that occurs during the drama fest.

Shinichi faints soon thereafter as a result of the shrinking thing and Heiji announces to the whole school that they should not tell anyone else about Shinichi's appearance there. That's pretty much his role in DR arc.

I laugh histerically every time I watch the part where Kazuha blows it for him.. He almost has it! LOL! But Kazuha is priceless right there!

You know I think Heiji should have way more air time than what he gets.
