Why does Vermouth cares so much?...

Ok I have yet another issue to open up and with this theres not much evidence to prove anything so most likely all response will be opinions or personal hypothesis but i am curious... why does Vermouth care so much for Shinichi and Ran? Is it just because of that
one time save they did for her? Cause to me Vermouth is as ruthless as Gin is, and I think if ever Gin was saved once by those two, he'll shoot them down still and wouldn't even care... so whats up with Vermouth guys?

Vermouth cares because, During the Rotten Apple case (i think) Ran and Shinichi saved her life.
The serial killer, was actually Vermouth, they saved her from falling off a building.
Vermouth knows Conan's idenity, so that's why she's doing everything she can to return the favour.
No, Vermouth is not as ruthless as Gin. Infact, she was the same person has Sharon Vineyard, who was a great friend to Ran, Shinichi, and his parents. Gin would shoot them down. Vermouth wouldn't and wont. This is why they are different.
We don't know if Vermouth was forced to join the organization or not.
What I think is that Vermouth wants Shinichi/Conan to bring down the organization. This is why she didn't shoot Conan, but hit him with the tranquilizar stun gun. When Gin asked if she knew anyone by the name Shinichi Kudo, she said no.
Vemrouth thinks of Shinichi as the Silver Bullet, who can pierce through the organization's heart with a strike.
Think of it this way:
Vermouth would have died earlier if it wasn't for Ran and Shinichi. The least she could so is to save Ran and Shinichi from death at least once.
Vermouth could have chosen to die earlier without accomplishing anything, or die later on saving ran and shinichi, in the fear that The BO would find out her plans.
If this was a game, then it would be Lose, or double Win.
To me, it seems like she made the right choice.

How can someone forget who save your life from the death.. If Ran & Shinichi wasn't save the Vermouth.. Maybe Vermouth has been death by falling from the top of building's.. That why Vermouth cared about Ran & Shinichi and called them as Angel & Cool Guy for him..

Not exactly, Vermouth was just as ruthless as Gin (if not more so).
Recall even after Ran and Shinichi saved Vermouth's life, she was about to
kill them while their backs were turned, until Shinichi reminded her that shooting them without a silencer will attract the police that she's fleeing from.
To be able to speak so calmly to an armed serial killer is probably why Vermouth called Shinichi "Cool Guy." 8)
As for why Vermouth changed (so to speak), probably because
Shinichi's words (about how helping others shouldn't require a reason) gave her a new perspective to think from.
Note that before Vermouth had a VERY
cynical view of the world. (i.e. By saving Rose, Ran had condemned Heath to die.)
In the heat of the moment, Vermouth probably would have killed both Shinichi and Ran had Shinichi not stopped her, but gained new insight once Shinichi's words sank in.
Of course, another explanation is that Vermouth may have fallen in love with "Cool Guy" Shinichi.
Note:
- After putting Conan to sleep, Vermouth covered him with her jacket to prevent him from getting cold.
- She remarked how Conan/Shinichi had "penetrated her chest" (i.e. touched her heart)

Ran calls it "her special words" -- the words Shinichi told (Vermouth) after saving her life.
I think in Vermouth has alluded to (sort of roughly) that moment and Shinichi's words -- as Vermouth refers to Shinichi as the Silver Bullet -- Shinichi's act pierced her heart; and even though she is capable of murder still, she cannot murder people anymore without her emotions and conscience getting in the way (as she could not shoot Ran or Shinichi even though she was supposed to)

Vermouth is definitely a complex character (and one of my favorite characters in the series). A very conflicted character:
- She was definitely determined to kill
Sherry, but spared her when Ran intervened.
- Although she decided to
give up on Sherry for Shinichi's sake, she would not allow her boss's contact information to fall into Conan's hands.
- She is perfectly willing to assist the Black Organization in
assassinations but tries to protect Ran's relatives.
In the end, Vermouth's loyalties lie with the Black Organization. However, Shinichi and Ran act as
morality chains to her, preventing her from committing her crimes in their presence. Ran mostly by her actions and Shinichi mostly by his words. (i.e. Ran prevented Vermouth from shooting Ai by shielding Ai with her body, Shinichi convinced Vermouth to "give up on" Ai)
Incidentally, I think Vermouth's feelings toward Shinichi is very similar to those of
Hoshino Terumi, or basically
admiration from afar.

Technically, Vermouth didn't SAVE Ran, she just refrained from killing her.
Also, Vermouth is not interested in Shinichi in THAT way.

Firstly, Vermouth's love for Shinichi is not based on physical attraction: her affection did not decrease when Shinichi shrank to a child and as far as she knows there is no antidote; not to mentioned their age difference (Vermouth may be over 50). There is really no need to get rid of her "rivals."
Secondly, the Black Organization needs to go before she could pursue anything of a romantic nature with Shinichi/Conan.
Thirdly, if you are going to
murder the hypotenuse, it is generally bad form to do it in front of the adjacent. (Even if he is unconscious)

lolz thats true that Vermouth having feelings for Shinichi is alil far from reality... I guess she was just touched by his warmth just like Haibara did. (ref: the episode where they went fishing and haibara said that human warmth burns her just like the fishes or something). I think that Vermouth's joining the Org is a key to deciphering her character. I want to know what her background is before she joind BO.

i bet when it all comes down to it at the end of the series, Vermouth will help Shinichi take down or organization, she doesnt seem to be all that loyal to them right now, im pretty sure she knows that Kir is undercover yet she is keeping quiet, and of course she helps to keep shinichi alive on a few occasions.
i dont really know about her loyalty to the leader of the organization, but if she has a chance to help shinichi take out Gin i bet she does it, they really dont get along all that well, lol

I wonder if Vermont is really a bad person?
Sure, she does pretty dreadful things, but sometimes not.
She didn't kill Ran. She didn't let Gin know that the Kudo Shinichi he killed before was still alive, but as Edogawa Conan, a grade school boy. And she gives up on Ai.
...
Euh... She didn't have a lot of choices to do that because of the circunstances.
But remember when she was disguised as Araide-sensei?
All the people who were her patients said that she took really good care of them.
Even the real Araide-sensei asked Jodie-sensei if Vermont was a really bad person?
Now me too, I want to know Vermont's background before she joined the BO.
