Looks up "oro", gold in Italian (and Espanol) in File 8/Episode 4
"Rule through fear of force rather than force itself" - Tarkin Doctrine "[It] is much safer to be feared than loved" - Nicolo Machiavelli Most Convoluted DC theory?
He also recognized a quote from Beckenbauer, so maybe he knows more German than just the numbers 1 - 11.
I don't think he really speaks French or Italian, at least it hasn't been confirmed.
Yusaku speaking Portuguese doesn't seem likely either, he probably just spoke English with the guy.
As far as the movies are concernec:
He doesn't seem to speak Spanish (Movie 11)
IF he can read the Russian alphabet, then he's not proficient. The had Sergey type Волшебник конца века.
We don't make mistakes. We have happy accidents.
Remember: A thin paint will stick to a thick paint.
This actually depends on what cases Gosho is doing, since Conan is supposed to be a know-it-all (in order to solve the case). If for example, there will be a case that involves arabic, Conan will likely know arabic. If it's a case that involves german, Conan will know german.
This isn't just limited for languages. For example - there was a case with dogs, and suddenly, Conan knows everything about dogs (the way they act, think, etc.)
In the early days Conan looked at the dictionary, but now...........he would probably know it just because.
The movies also use this method, but in the movies we at least get the Hawaii excuse.
Also since you did not say what languages Conan can speak in the "Original" Manga and Anime, that means he speaks where ever language the translators speak!
For your Information
I found English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, German, Arabic, Italian, Jamaican, Indonesian

Well, actually knowing some of a language and speaking it fluently are completely different matters. You can study a language but you don't have to be fluent in order to get the basics down and know the key elements and phrases. Even if he is only fluent in Japanese and English (even if his voice actor isn't), I have no doubt that he has dabbled in several languages if not at least studied linguistics.
So in answer to your question, I don't think he really speaks anything other than Japanese and English. I think that he's merely studied linguistics, a hypothesis further supported by his father being a professional writer.
