she's so cute especially in EP498. Her cuteness was shown at the highest 

Vermouth, as I said in the general "favorite character" topic.

Really, the character is just so dynamic. Every time she makes an appearance, you really have no idea what side she's playing for.

Kazuha.  She plays off of Ran and Heiji so well, and she tries to help Heiji despite often just getting in his way.

I'd have to say Kazuha. Props for the girl who could actually keep Heiji in line every once in a while (aside from his mother, of course, who has him by the ropes)

But aside from Kazuha, Ran and Vermouth are two other favorites... Ran is simply Ran, if you know what I mean.

And Vermouth is downright awesome.

But I like most of the DC women... even Yukiko and Eri are very interesting characters.

Jodie-Sensei is one of my favs. I also like Rans mother. I hate Ran but I love Kazuha. Kazuha is less annoying than Ran and she can be funny from time to time.

HAIBARA-SAN!!!! 

She is just the most cute smart little seductive... she's the bomb!

Sonoko, with Ran as a close second.

I can't stand Kazuha, however. Go figure. I used to hate Haibara, but she has grown on me and I'm quite fond of her now.

Vermouth of course! no questions asked. She's such a deep character. I love her role. You don't know who's side she is in. If anything shes probably on her own side .

Sonoko-chan! Love her character.

Not too fond of Vermouth, and Ran is... well, if i didn't know better I'd think she was retarded.

Kazuha would have to come in 2nd since she is just so uber cute.

I'd say as of right now Ai-chan! ^_^x I still haven't watched alot of conana, been watching 3 days non-stop... still only 123 eps have been watched >_<x So I'll post again if I change my mind haha.

But anyway, my favorite Conan girl is either Kazuha or Ran. Ran is just plain hot, and has to be the most patient girl on earth.

And Kazuha is alot like Ran, only with more spice.

Kazuha looks great to me
