If you were given the job of casting English speaking celebrities, who would you choose for each character to capture their personality?

I would have Keanu Reeves play Kudo

Kogoro - Patrick Warburton
Ran - Zooey Deschanel
Shinichi - Hayden Christensen
Conan - Jake Lloyd
Eri - Keri Matchett
Megure - Jerry Stiller
Yusaku - James Earl Jones (to round out the Darth Vader theme for the men in that family)
Yukiko - Jessica Simpson
Ai - Sarah Silverman

This would be my 'dream team'.

(I'd like to mention that I think the dub casting for Case Closed is actually pretty good, I mean how the characther's voices sound in comparison to the char's personality. note: Just like the JP ver., Shinichi and Kaitou Kid are voiced by the same person)

but i say Shinichi fits between Rex Banner and Nelson lol

I put Krusty as Shinichi because he is Bart's hero.  So my thinking is a "bigger" Bart would be like Krusty, even though neither are interested in enforcement like Rex Banner or Nelson.

One that I would like to change is:

Officer Chiba - Comic Book Guy

However, I would need somebody else for Shiratori.  Maybe Moe, but he has troubles with women general as opposed to a single individual.
