B.O.
1. 176-178: No other case in the whole series quite had the tension of this one. It was after watching this episode that I became interested in the "story" of DC.
2. 309-311: Great suspense, also provides a good glimpse of just how big of an idiot Shinichi can be.
3. 345: Needlessly convoluted, but there's really no way this one can't be included.
Classic Case
1. Mist Goblin: The trick in this was just ridiculous. In most cases, when the trick is revealed, I think, "ok, maybe I didn't think exactly that, but it was definitely something along those lines." This one was completely out of left field.
2. Moonlight Sonata: Another case where the resolution threw me off completely.
3. Luxury Liner Murder: The first one I saw, the reason I got into Conan at all was because I only saw the first episode and missed the second- after that I would watch Conan whenever it was on in an attempt to find out what happened. I eventually found out via the manga; I didn't actually see the second half of the case until maybe two years after I saw part 1.
Humor
1. Mystery of High Sales: Shinichi got fooled!
Plot Development
1. Desperate Revival: The greatest case/arc in all of DC, bar none.
2. 129: I think of it as a plot case, as the BO is in the shadows for most of the case.
3. Naniwa Serial Murders: This isn't here for the plot development that occurs; it's just a great case that happens to have some plot.

B.O.
1. 345. They really just hit the mark with it. 2.5 hours and no pacing issues (at least to me), which is where I feel like a lot of the BO episodes fail a little.
2. 310-312. Conan, Gin, and the Death Locker. The defense rests.
3. 498-500. I thought Clash of Red and Black had pacing issues (see above -_-), but these kept me on the edge of my seat. Although I hated seeing Jodie-sensei get pwned.
Classic Case
1. 325-327. Love the camera work in this one.
2. 159-160.
3. 132-134.
Humor
1. 235. TakagiAbuse FTW.
2. 81-82.
3. 507-508.
*Anticipatory Honorable Mention: 570.
Plot
1. 271-272. With a tag as good as the one they gave us, I wouldn't have cared if the rest of the episode had sucked--but the case was great too!
2. 472-473. More proof that Yuusaku and Toichi are
freaking psychos.

3. 230-231. "The Wheels on the Bus Go...WTF?!"
(That's from another forum, for something completely unrelated, but...yeah.)
*Honorable mention: 266-268, or as I like to call it, "Vermouth Takes Manhattan."

Plot
1. Desperate Revival (188-193)
2. Murderer, Shinichi Kudo (521-523)

2. 182(?) The Flying Locked Room
3. 121-122. Murder in a Locked Bathroom

Plot Development
1. 188-193 Desperate revival

Well, "everything with Akai or Gin in it" is what, 20-25 episodes (or at least 20-25 episodes worth of material, given that some of the BO episodes are specials.

Ok, let's make it "Everything with Akai vs BO in it".
That would be Clash of Red and Black,345 and 425.
